Abstract
Penelitian ini beranjak dari permasalahan pada Yayasan Penyelenggaraan Ilahi Indonesia (YPII) cabang Bandung berkenaan dengan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap kepuasan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap kepuasan siswa pada YPII cabang Bandung. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini mencakup: (1) Terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan siswa pada YPII cabang Bandung; (2) Terdapat pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap kepuasan siswa pada YPII cabang Bandung; (3) Terdapat pengaruh pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan kinerja mengajar guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan siswa pada pada YPII cabang Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi 1.840 siswa. Teknik Slovin digunakan untuk penghitungan ukuran sampel dan menghasilkan 95 sampel sebagai responden. Data diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan, observasi dan penyebaran angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi. Hasil temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa gambaran umum kepuasan siswa, pemanfaatan fasilitas dan kinerja mengajar guru pada YPII cabang Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan kinerja mengajar guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Siswa pada YPII cabang Bandung. Direkomendasikan perlu adanya peningkatan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan peningkatan kinerja mengajar guru dalam pemanfaatan alat bantu, dan pengelolaan waktu belajar. Demikian halnya peningkatan citra sekolah melalui penguatan identitas sekolah dan pelibatan warga sekolah dalam mempromosikan sekolah.;--- The background of this research was student dissatisfaction of learning facility use and teacher teaching performance at The Indonesia Divine Providence Foundation of Bandung branch (YPII Bandung). The purpose of the research was to analyze the influence of learning facility use and teacher teaching performance toward student satisfaction at YPII Bandung. The proposed hypothesis consisted of 3 which were: (1) There was influence of learning facility use toward students satisfaction at YPII Bandung; (2) There was influence of teacher teaching performance toward student satisfaction at YPII Bandung; (3) There were influences of learning facility use and teacher teaching performance altogether toward student satisfaction at YPII Bandung. This research employed quantitative study and was conducted at YPII Bandung totaling 1.840 students at population. Slovin technique was applied and resulted in 95 samples as respondents. The data was taken from literature study, observation and questionnaire. Regression technique was employed in this research. The findings of the research showed that in general, student satisfaction, learning facility use and teacher teaching performance at YPII Bandung were in high category. Learning facility use and teacher teaching performance altogether had influences significantly to student satisfaction at YPII Bandung. It is recommended that there has to be improvement in using learning facilities and teacher teaching performance especially in using teaching aids, and time management. Improving school image is also the recommendation of this research, among others, by strengthening school identity and the involvement of school stakeholders in promoting school.
