Abstract
Pengikisan nilai kearifan lokal terjadi dengan berbagai cara. Yang paling berpengaruh dalam regresi nilai kearifan lokal adalah dengan melalui proses akulturasi budaya. Sektor yang paling rentan dalam masuknya budaya-budaya luar yang mempengaruhi hidupnya nilai kearifan lokal yaitu sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Dinas Pariwisata Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Koperasi UMKM Kabupaten Pangandaran dan Dinas Pendidikan Kebudayaan Pemuda dan Olah raga Kabupaten Pangandaran. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti buku-buku yang relevan, dokumen-dokumen (Peraturan Daerah, Rencana Strategis), kemudian media cetak ataupun internet yang terkait dengan judul penelitian, serta hasil wawancara langsung dengan sumber inti atau subyek penelitian yaitu staf Kasie promosi dan daya tarik wisata Dinas Pariwisata Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Koperasi UMKM Kabupaten Pangandaran, staf kasie kebudayaan Disdikbudpora Kabupaten Pangandaran. Budayawan di Kabupaten Pangandaran, masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Subyek penelitian ini adalah aparat-aparat pemerintah daerah, masyarakat sekitar, dan para budayawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah model interaktif. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: a) belum adanya regulasi kebijakan lokal mengenai pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal yang akan berdampak pada pembentukan karakter bangsa, b) Bentuk akulturasi budaya yang terjadi di Kabupaten Pangandaran adalah dalam perubahan gaya hidup terutama dalam penampilan dan berpakaian, Perilaku masyarakat Kabupaten Pangandaran yang kurang melestarikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal c) strategi Pemda Kabupaten Pangandaran sendiri yaitu Pengembangan dan pembinaan kesenian dan kebudayaan berbasis masyarakat dan kewilayahan sebagai penyangga utama kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Pangandaran.;--- The regretion of the local wisdom values are happened in various ways. The most giving influence to the regretion of the local wisdom value is through the cultural acculturation process. Whereas the tourism sector is the susceptible sector as the easiest way of the new culture to come to influence the local wisdom values. It is a descriptive research with the qualitative approach. The locations of the research are placed in Industry Tourism Service and UMKM Cooperative Trading of Pangandaran Regency and the Service of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sport of Pangandaran Regency . The data resources are obtained from various sources such as the relevant books, documents (the Local Regulation, Strategical Plan), mass media and internet which are relevant to the research, and also the result of the direct interview with the main sources or the subjects of the research¬ i.e. staff of the promotion and attractiveness tour field leader of Industry Tourism Service and UMKM Cooperative Trading of Pangandaran Regency, staf of the cultural field leader of the Service of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sport of Pangandaran Regency, the Pangandaran Cultural Observers, and the Society of Pangandaran Regency. The subjects of the research of this research are the domestic government apparatus, the local society, and the cultural observers. The technique of collecting data of the research used documentation and interview techniques. The method of the research to analyse the data used an interactive model. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded as follow: a) It does not have the local policy regulation of the tourism based on the local wisdom that will be given an impact to create the national characters yet b) The shape of the cultural acculturation that is happened in Pangandaran Regency is the change of the life style especially on the way using dress and showing performance and the behavior of the Pangandaran Society that are lack to conserve the local wisdom values c) the local government strategy of Pangandaran itself is to develop the art and the culture based on the cantonal and the local society as the main part of the tourism field in Pangandaran.
