Abstract

SCADA yaitu sistem kendali modern berbasis jaringan komputer yang digunakan untuk pengontrolan suatu proses. Pusat listrik tenaga panas bumi (PLTP) salah satu industri yang menggunakan SCADA. PLTP Kamojang yang digunakan sebagai objek penelitian memerlukan sebuah sistem SCADA yang lebih modern agar efisiensi kerja sistem pembangkit PLTP dapat meningkat. Penelitian ini memaparkan perancangan simulator SCADA PLTP Kamojang dengan menggunakan aplikasi wonderware intouch 10. Simulator SCADA ini dapat mendemonstrasikan flow diagram PLTP Kamojang dengan tampilan yang menarik dan mudah digunakan. Historical trend, real-time trend dan alarm system merupakan beberapa bagian dari tampilan simulator SCADA ini. Setelah disimulasikan, simulator berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukkan untuk sistem SCADA di PLTP Kamojang dan simulator ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pelatihan bagi calon operator baru.;--- SCADA is a modern control system based on a computer network used for control a process. Geothermal power plants one of the industries that use SCADA. Kamojang Geothermal Power Plants used as research objects need a modern SCADA system so that working efficiency of geothermal plants systems may increase. This paper explain the SCADA design simulator Kamojang Geothermal Power Plant use Wonderware Intouch 10 applications. This SCADA simulator can demonstrate flow diagram Kamojang Geothermal Power Plants with attractive display and easy to understand. Historical trends, real-time trend and alarm systems are some parts of this SCADA simulator display. After simulated, simulator run in accorded with the desired.We hope this research can be correct for SCADA system in Kamojang Geothermal Power Plant and this simulator can use for training new operator.
