Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kondusifitas iklim sekolah dan tingkat hasil belajar serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu Iklim sekolah (X) dan hasil belajar siswa (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode explanatory survey, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi literature dan penyebaran angket (kuisioner). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim sekolah di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi berada pada kategori cukup kondusif, (2) hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi berada pada kategori sangat rendah, (3) hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa;--- This research aims to investigate of how the level of school climate conduciveness and the level of learning outcomes as well as investigate of how much the influence of school climate toward students’ learning outcomes at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. This research consists of two variables namely school climate (X) and students’ learning outcomes (Y). Explanatory survey method was applied for this particular research, the data collection was done by doing literature study and distributing questionnaires. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale model. The technique of data analysis applied was simple regression analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) school climate at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi is in the category of quite conducive, (2) students’ learning outcomes on the subject of productive Office Administration at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi are in very the low category, (3) the result of regression analysis shows that school climate brings positive and significant effect towards the students’ learning outcomes.
