Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi media interpretasi non-personal yang terdapat di Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda Kota Bandung menurut wisatawan yang berkunjung. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman belajar yang diperoleh wisatawan ketika mengunjungi Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda berdasarkan media interpretasi non-personal yang ada serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kondisi media interpretasi non-personal tersebut terhadap pengalaman belajar yang diperoleh oleh wisatawan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menjadikan wisatawan yang berkunjung sebagai sampel yang berjumlah seratus orang selama 2 minggu pada bulan September 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh media interpretasi non-personal terhadap pengalaman belajar wisatawan sebesar 73,5%., pengaruh tersebut signifikan karena berada pada rentang nilai 60% - 79,99% yang tergolong ke dalam kategori kuat. Peningkatan kualitas yang dilakukan oleh pengelola terhadap seluruh media interpretasi non-personal yang ada di Tahura Djuanda seyogyanya akan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar wisatawan terlebih lagi Tahura Djuanda bukan hanya sebagai kawasan rekreasi namun lebih kepada kawasan konservasi yang dapat mengedukasi wisatawan. Oleh karena itu pengelola diharapkan dapat melakukan suatu pembaharuan dan peningkatan kualitas terhadap media interpretasi non-personal untuk menignkatkan pengalaman belajar wisatawan.;---This research aimed to describe conditions of non-personal interpretation media in Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda according to the tourist’s opinions. The study also aimed to identify the learning experience gained by the tourists from the non-personal interpretation media and analyze the media influence towards the learning experience gained by the tourists. This research employed simple linear regression analysis method with samples of hundred tourists visiting Taman Hutan Raya Ir. H. Djuanda in 2 weeks on September 2016. The results of this research showed the influence of the non-personal interpretation media towards tourist’s experience is 73.5%, the influence of this research is significant because the value is on the range of 60%-79,9% which categorized to the strong category. The quality improvement of the non-personal interpretation media in Tahura Djuanda which are able to enhance the learning experience is needed since Tahura Djuanda is not only a recreation destination but also a conservation area that should educate tourists about the environment. Therefore it is expected that Manager able to do a renewal and improvement of the quality the non-personal interpretation media in order to enhance tourist’s learning experience.
