Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan alat asesmen motivasi karir yang cocok untuk digunakan guru atau pendidik untuk mengetahui motivasi karir siswa atau peserta didik untuk menjawab masalah: (1) penggunaan alat asesmen motivasi karir yang digunakan saat ini di sekolah; (2) pemahaman tahapan perancangan alat asesmen motivasi karir terhadap siswa dengan menggunakan Cloud Computing; (3) gambaran umum tahapan penggunaan alat asesmen motivasi karir terhadap siswa dengan menggunakan Cloud Computing; dan (4) hasil dari penggunaan alat asesmen motivasi karir dengan menggunakan Cloud Computing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian desain dan pengembangan (D&D). Dilaksanakan pada Januari-Februari 2015. Subjek ujicoba produk adalah siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 10 Bandung dengan jumlah 203 orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tugas menulis karangan. Tulisan ditentukan dengan tema tema “cita-cita”, tulisan yang dianalisis sekitar 102 tulisan, dipilih secara random. Pengembangan alat penilaian dilakukan mengacu pada tahapan dari Thomas dan Rhotman, yaitu (a) Analisis masalah dan perencanaan program; (b) Pengumpulan informasi dan sintesis; (c) Desain; (d) Uji coba Model; (e) Evaluasi dan revisi; dan (f) Finalisasi. Simpulan pokok penilitian ini yaitu: (1) Guru belum memiliki alat penilaian motivasi karir; (2) Perancangan menggunakan template rubrik analitik yang diadaptasi dari Tom Lumley. Jenis rubrik yang dikembangkan adalah rubrik analitik. Rubrik penilaian tulisan ini berisi tiga kategori penilaian, yaitu kategori Pemahaman Karir (Career Insight), Identitas Karir (Career Identity), Ketahanan Karir (Career Resilience), dengan rentang skor yang telah ditentukan pada masing-masing gradasi mutu. Skor 81,00 - 100 dengan predikat sangat baik, skor 61,00 – 80,99 untuk predikat baik, 41,00 – 60,99 untuk predikat cukup, 21,00 – 40,99 untuk predikat kurang, dan 0,00 – 20,99 untuk predikat sangat kurang; (3) Pengunaan alat penilaian di lapangan menghasilkan panduan/pedoman pengunaan alat penilaian motivasi karir; (4) Hasil uji lapangan pada 102 orang siswa, diketahui frekuensi siswa yang mendapat nilai A atau rentang nilai 81 - 100 adalah sebanyak 10 orang atau sekitar 9,80%, siswa yang termasuk kedalam kategori golongan ini memiliki tingkat motivasi karir yang sangat baik. dan frekuensi siswa yang mendapat nilai B atau rentang nilai 61 – 80,99 adalah sebanyak 21 orang atau sekitar 20,59%. Frekuensi terbanyak yaitu sekitar 34,31% atau sekitar 35 orang mendapat nilai D pada rentang nilai 21,00 – 40,99. siswa dalam kategori ini di golongkan ke dalam predikat cukup mahir. Sedangkan nilai terendah yaitu berada dalam rentang nilai 0,00 – 20,99 atau termasuk kategori E mendapat predikat kurang mahir sebanyak 4 orang atau sekitar 3,92%. Artinya, perlu pengembangan motivasi karir dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah. ;---This study aims to gain career motivation assessment tool that is suitable for use teachers or educators to know the motivation of students' career or learners to address: (1) the use of career motivation assessment tool that is used today in schools; (2) understanding the design stage career motivation assessment tool to the students by using Cloud Computing; (3) a general description of the stages of career motivation assessment tool usage to students by using Cloud Computing; and (4) the results of the use of career motivation assessment tool by using Cloud Computing. This study uses research methods of design and development (D & D). Implemented in January-February 2015. Subject test products are class XII students SMA Negeri 10 Bandung with the number of 203 students. Data was collected using essay writing assignments. Posts determined by the theme the theme "aspiration", writing that analyzed around 102 posts, chosen randomly. The development of assessment tools made reference to the stage of Thomas and Rhotman, namely (a) Analysis and program planning issues; (B) Collection of information and synthesis; (C) Design; (D) Trial Model; (E) Evaluation and revision; and (f) Finalize. Principal conclusions of this research are: (1) The teacher has not had a career motivation assessment tool; (2) The design uses an analytic rubric template adapted from Tom Lumley. Type rubric developed is an analytical section. This article contains an assessment rubric three assessment categories, namely category Understanding Career (Career Insight), Identity Career (Career Identity), Security Career (Career Resilience), with a range of scores that were chosen in each of the quality grading. Score 81.00 to 100 with excellent predicate, the score from 61.00 to 80.99 for a good rating, from 41.00 to 60.99 for the predicate is, from 21.00 to 40.99 for the predicate, and 0.00 - 20.99 to predicate less; (3) The use of assessment tools in the field to produce guidelines / guidelines for the use of assessment tools career motivation; (4) The results of field tests on 102 students, known frequency of students who scored A or range of values 81-100 are as many as 10 people or about 9.80%, the students were included into the category of this group have a level of motivation excellent career. and the frequency of students who received a grade of B or range of values from 61 to 80.99 are as many as 21 people or about 20.59%. The highest frequency which is about 34.31%, or about 35 people got a D on a range of values from 21.00 to 40.99. students in this category is classified into predicate quite adept. While the lowest value that is within a range of values from 0.00 to 20.99 or category E received the title less adept as many as four people or about 3.92%. That is, the motivation necessary to develop a career in teaching and learning in schools.
