Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Efektivitas Implementasi Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick Pada Program Diklat di PPPPTK IPA Bandung”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan dari implementasi model evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada program diklat di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (PPPPTK IPA) Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, bahwa tujuan dari implementasi model evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada program diklat di PPPPTK IPA sudah tercapai. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan pencapaian indikator-indikator efektivitas dengan konsep SMARTER (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timebound, Exciting, Record). Tetapi dalam pengimplementasian model evaluasi Kirkpatrick tersebut masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan terutama yang berkaitan dengan evaluator. Karena evaluator mempunyai peranan penting dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan evaluasi sehingga perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas evaluator. ; This study entitled "Effectiveness of Implementation Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model on Training Program in PPPPTK IPA Bandung". This research was conducted with a view to determine the objectives achievement of the implementation of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model on training program at Center for Development and Empowerment of Teachers and Education Personnel in Sciences (PPPPTK IPA) Bandung. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the findings, that the purpose of the implementation of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model in education and training programs in PPPPTK IPA had been reached. It was evidenced by the indicators achievement of the effectiveness in the concept of SMARTER (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, timebound, Exciting, Record). But in the implementation of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model is still found some shortcomings mainly related to the evaluators. Because the evaluator had an important role in the implementation of the evaluation so that there should be some kinds of efforts to improve the evaluator quality.
