Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi bank milik pemerintah dengan menggunakan metode Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan ditemukan bahwa sebagian bank milik pemerintah tidak efisien. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah bank milik pemerintah yang bersifat syariah dan konvensional. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yang terdiri dari 4 bank BUMN yang bersifat konvensional dan 4 bank BUMN yang bersifat syariah. Pengumpulan data bersumber dari laporan tahunan bank yang bersangkutan, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode data envelopment analysis (DEA) model Banker Charles and Cooper (BCC) dengan bantuan program frontier analyst application. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode pengamatan (2010-2014) bank yang efisien atau memiliki skor 100% terdiri dari, BRI, BTN, MANDIRI, BNI syariah, BRI syariah, dan BTN syariah, sedangkan BNI dan syariah MANDIRI memiliki skor efisiensi kurang dari 100% dan fluktuatif.;---This study aims to determine the efficiency of state-owned banks by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), based on the results of a preliminary study found that there was inefficient state-owned bank. State-owned banks both syari’ah and conventional are the population of the study. The sample used is saturated sample consisting of four conventional state-owned banks and four syari’ah state-owned banks. The data collection obtained from the annual report of the bank concerned, and analyzed by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method - Banker Charles and Cooper (BCC) models helped by frontier analyst application program. The result shows that during the observation period (2010-2014), the efficient banks which have 100% in efficiency score consist of BRI, BTN, Mandiri, BNI syari’ah, BRI syari’ah and BTN syari’ah, while BNI and Mandiri syariah have less than 100 % in efficiency score and unstable.
