Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Manajemen Layanan Akademik Terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Elektro Telkom University (Tel-U) Bandung”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh manajemen layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Elektro Telkom University. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik Elektro Telkom University sebanyak 4083 orang, dan untuk sampel berjumlah 98 mahasiswa yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Probability Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data yang dihitung menggunakan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Manejemen Layanan Akademik) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,65 dan variabel Y (Kepuasan Mahasiswa) berada pada kategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 3,58. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas distribusi data, diketahui bahwa variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal, dan analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah dengan statistik parametik. Dilihat dari perhitungan koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,671 yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kuat antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Sedangkan, hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t menunjukkan (8,865) > (1,985), yang mengartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil perolehan analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh manajamen layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa adalah sebesar 45%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel ini yaitu , artinya setiap perubahan satu unit pada manajemen layanan akademik akan memberikan perubahan kepada kepuasan mahasiswa sebesar 0,633. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara manajemen layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Elektro Telkom University Bandung.;---This research titled "The Influence of Academic Service Management to the Satisfaction of Students at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Telkom University (Tel-U) Bandung". The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of management influence academic services to the satisfaction of the students at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Telkom University. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique using a questionnaire with Likert scale. The population used in this research were students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Telkom University many as 4083 people, and for the total sample of 98 students is calculated using Probability Sampling technique. Based on the results of data processing which is calculated using the technique Weight Means Score (WMS), shows that the general trend for the variable X (the management of academic services) are in good category with an average score of 3.65 and Y (Student Satisfaction) are in the category both with an average score of 3.58. Based on the data distribution normality test results, it is known that the variables X and Y have normal distribution, and statistical analysis used is the parametric statistics. Judging from the correlation coefficient calculation using the formula Pearson Product Moment and obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.671 which indicates that there is a strong correlation between the variables X and Y. Meanwhile, the results of tests of significance using t-test showed (8,865) > (1,985), which means that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y. The result of the acquisition of determination coefficient analysis showed that the influence management of academic services to the satisfaction of the students is 45%, while the rest of 55% influenced by other factors. The regression equation of these two variables is Y = 17.476 + 0,633X, meaning that every one-unit change in the management of academic services will provide updates to the satisfaction of the students of 0.633. Based on these results, we can conclude that there is a positive and significant influence between management of academic services to the satisfaction of the students at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Telkom University Bandung.
