Abstract

Skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kerjasama sekolah dengan keluarga sehingga pola asuhnya berbeda antara di sekolah dengan keluarga yang menyebabkan anak kurang terpantau terutama dalam pembinaan akhlaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tujuan kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, instrumental input/enviromental input antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, bentuk kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, proses kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, hasil kerjasama sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung dan tindak lanjut kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan triangulasi, serta analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data dan simpulkan. Pada pengolahan data hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tujuan kerjasama sekolah dengan keluarga di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung mengacu pada visi dan misi sekolah. Instrumental Input adalah alat yang dijadikan tolak ukur sekolah, instrumental input sendiri terdiri dari sarana dan prasarana, materi, guru, dan kurikulum. enviromental input ialah faktor lingkungan program seperti lulusan SMA Alfa Centauri yang ikut andil dalam kegiatan di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung, lingkungan SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung. Bentuk kerjasama di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung di antaranya komunikasi langsung dengan pihak sekolah, home visit, lembar muhasabah an-nafs, kartu penilaian akhlak, parenting, parent’s day, finger print. Proses kerjasama di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung salah satunya dengan komunikasi langsung kepada pihak sekolah. Hasil kerjasama di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung ini jika dikatakan berhasil sepenuhnya itu tidak memungkinkan. Tetapi setidaknya ada perubahan terhadap kebiasaan akhlak siswa ke arah yang lebih baik. Komunikasi pihak sekolah dan orang tua pun lebih terkontrol dengan adanya sharing tentang perkembangan anaknya baik dirumah maupun di sekolah. Tindak lanjut kerjasama di SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung yaitu dengan mengevaluasi semua program yang sudah terlaksana atau pun belum terlaksana. Selain itu, bentuk tindak lanjutnya ada dua yakni dari sekolah dan orang tua. Tindak lanjut dari sekolah dengan melakukan pemantauan-pemantauan kepada siswanya, sedangkan dari orang tua, mereka selalu mengkomunikasikan perkembangan anak-anaknya terutama dalam hal pembiasaan/akhlak.;--- The origin of the problem in the thesis is there is a lack of cooperation between schools and families that cause the difference of parenting style in both side, this condition leads to ignorance of the student’s growth especially in their attitude or character. This research aims to describe the purpose, the form, the process and the results of schools and families’ cooperation in SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung. The method that was used in the research was descriptive method, through qualitative approach. The Data was collected through observation, interview, documentary studies and triangulation. The data was analyzed by data reduction, and data display. After the data was being processed, it is discovered that the purpose of schools and families’ cooperation in SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung refers to school’s vision and mission. Instrumental input is the tool that is being benchmark by the school, instrumental input consists of infrastructure, content of teaching, teacher, and curriculum. Environmental input is environmental factors that affect the students, the program such as the alumni of SMA Alfa Centauri who participate in school’s activity. The forms of cooperation in SMA Alfa Centauri are direct communication with school, home visit, muhasabah an-nafs pages, attitude card mark, parenting, parent’s day, finger print. The process of cooperation in SMA Alfa Centauriis implemented through direct communication to the school. The results of cooperation in SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung are either documents or notes from the teachers in order to pay attention to the students’developmentespecially in their attitude aspect. The results that was being documented such as competitions winning, tahfidz, and shalatjama’ah presence list. The follow up in SMA Alfa Centauri Bandung is implemented through evaluating all the programs that have been done or still in progress. In addition, there are two kinds of follow up, schools follow up, and parents follow up. Schools follow up is when school monitors students’ activity, while parents follow up is how parents communicate the attitude development of their child to the school.
