Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan adalah True Experimental Postest Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA SMAN 10 Bandung yang berjumlah 298 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang dengan teknik pengambilan random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah format penilaian jurus tunggal IPSI. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis uji-t dengan kesamaan dua rata-rata satu pihak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan t hitung 4,141 > t tabel 2,09, maka Ho ditolak. kesimpulannya bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan gerak pencak silat pada siswa kelas X MIA di SMAN 10 Bandung. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini bahwa model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran penjas agar siswa dapat dengan cepat menguasai materi pencak silat.;---The purpose of this research to determine the effect of learning model Problem Based Learning to mastery of Pencak Silat movement. The method used was experimental. The design used is True Experimental Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this research were students of class X SMAN 10 Bandung MIA totaling 298 people. The sample in this study of 20 people with decision-random sampling technique. The instrument used was a Jurus Tunggal IPSI assessment format. The statistical analysis used is the analysis of the t-test with an average similarity of the two parties. The results showed t count 4.141> t table 2.09, then Ho is rejected. the conclusion that the use of learning model Problem Based Learning affect the movement of Pencak Silat mastery in class X MIA at SMAN 10 Bandung. Recommendations from this study that the learning model of problem based learning can be used as one of the efforts to improve the physical education learning so that students can quickly master the martial arts.
