Abstract

Floating Market Lembang merupakan destinasi wisata yang memanfaatkan danau sebagai daya tarik wisata. Memiliki luas lahan sekitar 7,8 ha, kawasan ini memiliki berbagai macam aktifitas untuk menunjang kegiatan wisatawan. Berdasarkan penuturan pengelola tingkat kunjungan wisatawan sudah mengalami stagnansi dan masih terdapat komentar ketidakpuasan wisatawan yang datang ke Floating Market Lembang. Fokus penelitian ini mengkaji tentang analisis kepuasan wisatawan, terkait dengan important dan performance produk wisata di Floating Market Lembang. Terdapat tiga indikator produk wisata yaitu 1) Atraksi, 2) Fasilitas, 3) Aksesibiltas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan di Floating Market melalui penilaian wisatawan terhadap tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja produk wisata. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung, data diolah dengan menggunakan metode important performance analysis (IPA). Output dari metode IPA yaitu berupa Diagram Kartesius yang mempunyai empat kuadran dengan skala prioritas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan skala prioritas utama adalah kesesuaian harga tiket, ketersediaan papan informasi, kemudahan akses jalan menuju lokasi dan ketersediaan papan petunjuk jalan. Indikator dengan skala prioritas rendah namun harus tetap diperhatikan yakni ketersediaan taman miniatur kereta api, ketersediaan lokomotif mini, ketersediaan taman kelinci, ketersedian becak dan mobil mini , ketersediaan outbound anak, ketersediaan mancing magnet, ketersediaan train water, ketersediaan paddle boat, ketersediaan restaurant, dan ketersediaan penginapan disekitar lokasi. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kepuasan bagi para wisatawan, maka hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengelola dan mengembangkan produk wisata yang ada di Floating Market Lembang berdasarkan skala prioritas agar lebih efektif dan efisien.;--- Floating Market Lembang is the tourism destinations are making use of the Lake as a tourist attraction. Has a land area of about 7.8 ha, the area has a wide range of activities to support the activities of tourists. Based on interviews to the manager the tourist traffic levels are already experiencing stagnation and still there are comments of dissatisfaction of tourist who come to the Floating Market. The focus of this research examines about analysis of satisfaction of tourists, is associated with important tourist product and performance at the Floating Market. There are three indicators of tourist products ,namely 1) attractions, 2) Facilities , 3) Accesibility. The purpose of this research is to analyse the satisfaction of tourists in Floating Market through assessment of travelers against the importance and the level of performance of the tourist product. This research involves 100 respondents. The method in this research use descriptive method quantitative approach and use purposive sampling techniques using a questionnaire. Then to know the satisfaction of visitors, the data is processed using a method of important performance analysis (IPA). The outputof the method Cartesian Diagram form of the IPA who have four quadrants with a scale of priorities. The results of the research showed the scale of the main priorities is the suitability of ticket prices, the availability of Board information, ease of access road to the location and availability of unmarked roads. An indicator with a scale of low priority but should still note the availability of garden miniature railway, locomotive availability, availability of mini garden rabbit, availability of rickshaws and mini car, the availability of outbound children, availability of magnetic fishing, the availability of train water, paddle boat availability, availability of restaurant, availability of accommodation around the site. In an effort to increase satisfaction for tourists, then the things that can be done is to manage and develop tourism products that are in theFloating Market on a scale of priorities so that the Valley is more effective and efficient.
