    Abstract

    Jalan M.H. Thamrin, merupakan jalan strategis nasional dan juga merupakan pusat kegiatan di Kota Tangerang. Di kawasan inilah Treepark City Cikokol akan dibangun. Dampak dari kegiatan pembangunan akan mengubah bentuk muka tanah, yaitu perubahan dari daerah terbuka hijau menjadi daerah terbangun. Hal tersebut bila terjadi hujan akan meningkatkan debit limpasan air hujan di kawasan tersebut. Selain itu, saluran drainase jalan yang ada sudah dipenuhi dengan sampah dan sedimentasi, sehingga tidak dapat menampung limpasan air pada musim penghujan. Untuk menjaga nilai zero runoff yang diisyaratkan pemerintah setempat, maka pada konstruksi proyek Treepark City harus menggunakan beberapa infrastruktur drainase untuk mengelola limpasan air seperti sumur resapan, kolam pengumpul air hujan, dan lubang resapan biopori. Jadi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan cara pengelolaan air hujan yang cocok untuk digunakan pada proyek Treepark City. Perhitungan infrastruktur drainase ini akan dilakukan dengan dua cara, yaitu perhitungan dengan cara manual dan perhitungan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EPA SWMM V 5.1. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah dimensi saluran drainase, dimensi kolam pengumpul air hujan, dan jumlah lubang resapan biopori yang akan digunakan pada proyek Treepark City. Dengan dimensi kolam pengumpul air hujan sebesar 720 m3 dan lubang resapan biopori sebanyak 500 unit'--- M.H. Thamrin Street is national strategic road and also known as the center activity in Tanggerang City. In this area the Treepark City Cikokol will be build. The effect of contruction activity will change shape of soil surface,that is from the green terrain to constructed area. Because of it, if theres’s rain it will increase the rate flow of rain in that area. In the other hand, the existed drainage is damaged by rubbish and sedimentation, and the result is the existed drainage cannot accommodate the rain and caused flood in the raining season. In order to keep the zero runoff value that instructed by the local government, so in the Treepark City project should using some drainage infrastructure to manage the rain water like absorption well, rain collector pond, and biopori hole. The purpose of this research is to compare which method is suitable to manage the rain water in Treepark City project. The calculation of this drainage infrastructure will using two method, which is with manual method and calculation using software EPA SWMM V 5.1.The result of this research is dimension of the drainage tunnel, rain water collector pond dimension, and the number of biopori hole that will be used in Treepark City project. With the rain water collector dimension is 720 m3 and 500 unit of biopori hole.
