Abstract

Latarbelakang penelitian adalah belum optimalnya pelaksanaan program UP2K--PKK dalam meningkatkan ekonomi Kclompok Pelaksana UP2K-PKK. Hal tersebut muncul karena kekurangpahaman Kader mengenai kewirausahaan sebagai keahlian yang seharusnya dimiliki. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menggambarkan (1) Keberdayaan Kader; (2) Kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan dalam program pelatihan; (3) Pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan; (4) Konstruksi model pelatihan kompetensi kewirausahaan. Teori dan konsep yang dijadikan acuan meliputi Konsep: (I) Kompetensi; (2)Pelatihan: (3) Kcwirausahaan, (4) Pemberdayan Masyarakat, dan Penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, penerapannya dilakukan untuk menganalisa pelatihan kompetensi kewirausahaan yang dianggap kompleks sehingga diperlukan wawancara mendalam untuk menemukan pota-pola hubungan yang jelas. Langkah-langkah operasional yang dilakukan adalah melalui studi eksplorasi, studi bibliografi, analisis lapangan serta evaluasi dan pengemhangan. Sedangkart subjek penelitian ini adalah para kader Kelompok Khusus (POKSUS) UP2K-PKK, fasilitator, dan penyelcnggara program pelatihan. Hasil penelitian telah menjawab pertanyaan penelitian dan menghasilkan temuan model yang dikembangkan oleh pihak pcnyclenggara dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pcrubahan sikap dan peningkatan kompetensi para kader sebagai hasil dari penerapan pendekatan program pelatihan berbasis kompetensi yang tepat diterapkan bagi orang dewasa, dengan model pembelajaran life skill dan kompetensi kewirausahaan. Dengan peningkatan pemahaman tentang kompetensi kewirausahaan ini , para kader POKSUS mempunyai pemahaman yang jauh lebih mendalam tentang konsep kewirausahaan dan memiliki kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam melakukan pendampingan selanjutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompctensi kewirausahaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kader sehingga kader dapat memotivasi secara tepat kepada anggota POKLAK yang menjadi kelompok binaannya. That matters arises because of a lack of understanding Kader about entrepreneurship as a skill that should be owned. This study aimed to describe (1) Empowerment Cadre ; (2) entrepreneurial competencies developed in the training program; (3) The training has been implemented; (4) Construction of entrepreneurial competence training model Theories and concepts that made reference includes the concept: (1) Competence; (2) Training: (3) Entrepreneurship, (4) community empowerment, and a previous study that are relevant to the research problem. The research method used the qualitative research approach, its applied is made to analyze entrepreneurial competencies training that are considered complex, so need depth interviews to find the relationship patterns are clear. Steps by operational made through an exploratory study, bibliographic study, field analysis and evaluation and development. While the subject of this study the cadre of Special Group (POKSUS) UP2K-PKK, facilitators and organizers of the training program. The research results has answered the research question and produce the findings of the model developed by the organizers can have a significant impact on changing attitudes and improving the competence of the cadres as results from approach applied of training program of competency-based training are applied for adults, with a learning model of life skills and entrepreneurial competence. With increased understanding about this entrepreneurial competencies, the cadres POKSUS have a deeper understanding of the concepts of entrepreneurship and have a better ability to conduct further assistance. Based on this research can be concluded that the entrepreneurial competence is very important in improving the ability of cadres so that cadres to motivate appropriately to members who become target group of POKLAK Keywords: Training, Competency-Based Training, entrepreneurship, cadre empowerment.
