Abstract

Penelitian tentang Analisis Isi Lambung Kadal Langit (Lygosoma sanctum) di Cagar Alam Pantai Pangandaran, Kabupaten Pangandaran telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan sebagai salah satu informasi dalam upaya konservasi Kadal Langit (L. sanctum) sebagai hewan yang masih jarang di ketahui, jarang temukan dan jarang diteliti. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah jenis makanan, tingkat kepentingan jenis makanan, dan strategi makan Kadal Langit (L. sanctum). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Survey dan teknik pengambilan kadal menggunakan Purposive sampling. Pengamatan dan pengambilan kadal dilakukan di pantai Timur Cagar Alam Pantai Pangandaran dengan luas area 800 x 150 m pada Musim Hujan (bulan Mei). Analisis data dilakukan dengan menghitung tingkat keterisian perut (SF), tingkat kemunculan makanan (FO), nilai kontribusi berdasarkan jumlah (CN), nilai kontribusi berdasarkan berat (CW), nilai indeks kepentingan relatif (IRI), dan nilai indeks Levin (B). Temuan penelitian komposisi makanan yang ditemukan terdiri atas serangga (17 jenis), laba – laba (2 jenis), kelabang (1 jenis) dan tidak ditemukannya material tumbuhan. Berdasarkan nilai IRI dapat memperlihatkan Hymenoptera (57%) merupakan jenis makanan yang dominan dan dianggap sebagai pakan utama, serta tingkat kepentingan makanan secara umum yaitu Hymenoptera (57%) – Lepidoptera (14%) – Orthoptera (10%) – Diptera (5%) – Coleoptera (4%) – Araneae (3%) - Isoptera (3%) –Dermaptera (2%) – Scolopendromopha (2%). Berdasarkan indeks Levin (0,46), strategi makan Kadal Langit adalah spesialis intermediet (tidak memilih mangsa yang akan dimakan, namun masih ada kecenderungan terhadap suatu sumber individu). Kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, Kadal Langit (L. sanctum) termasuk hewan karnivora dengan sifat oportunis.;--- Research about the analysis of the stomach content of a Kadal Langit (Lygosoma sanctum) at Pangandaran Beach nature reserve, Regency of Pangandaran has done. The research was carried out as one of the important information in conservation efforts Kadal Langit as animals are still rare in the know, rarely find and seldom examined. The research aims to find out the number of types of food, the level of interest of food, and the strategy of eating Kadal Langit (L. sanctum). The method used is the method of Survey and sampling techniques using a Purposive Sampling. Observation and sampling conducted at the East coast of Pangandaran Beach nature reserve with an area of 800 x 150 m. Analysis of data was done by calculating the Stomach Fullness (SF), Frequency of Occurence (FO), Contribution by Number (CN), Contribution by Weight (CW), the Index of Relative Importance (IRI), and Levin index (B). Food composition of research findings that are found to consist of insects (17 types), spiders (2 types), Lipan (1 types) and has not the discovery of a plant material. Based on the value of IRI, Hymenoptera (57 %) is the dominant type of food and is considered as the main feed. The importance of food are Hymenoptera (57%) – Lepidoptera (14%) – Orthoptera (10%) – Diptera (5%) – Coleoptera (4%) – Araneae (3%) - Isoptera (3%) –Dermaptera (2%) – Scolopendromopha (2%). Index Levin (0.46), the strategy of eating lizards are specialists of intermediate (do not select prey to eat, but there is still a tendency towards a source of individuals). Conclusions based on the data obtained, the Kadal Langit (L. sanctum) is a carnivorous animal with the opportunists.
