Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membakukan instrumen perencanaan karir yang diadaptasi dari Career Maturity Inventory Form Counseling (CMI Form C) yang dikembangkan oleh Savickas dan Porfeli (2010). Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana instrumen perencanaan karir Andikpas yang telah baku. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, yang menghasilkan 146 responden dari Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Bandung. Pengujian instrumen perencanaan karir dilaksanakan dengan uji validitas tampilan, uji reliabilitas dan uji daya pembeda. Uji validitas tampilan menunjukan item instrumen perlu diperbaiki dari segi redaksi. Hasil uji reliabitas menunjukan instrumen perencanaan karir memiliki r sebesar 0,630 yang menunjukan derajat keterandalan sedang. Hasil uji daya pembeda menunjukan delapan item memiliki daya pembeda yang tidak signifikan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen perencanaan karir andipas yang telah baku dan gambaran perencanaan karir andikpas. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan untuk (1) Pembina Kemasyarakatan LPKA, (2) Peneliti Selanjutnya.;---The research aims to standardize a career planning instrument adapted from the Career Maturity Inventory Form Counseling (CMI Form C) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2010). The problem under research is how the standardized Andikpas (Indonesian term for students of juvenile correctional institutions) career planning instrument is. The research adopted a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample was determined with purposive sampling technique, resulting in 146 respondents from the Juvenile Correctional Institution in Bandung. The career planning instrument was tested with face validity test, reliability test, and item discrimination test. The face validity test shows that some items need to be revised in their wording. The results of reliability test reveal that the career planning instrument had an r of 0.630, indicating a moderate degree of reliability. The results of item discrimination test show that the eight items had an insignificant discrimination index. The research resulted in a standardized Andikpas career planning instrument and a description of Andikpas career planning. The recommendations of this research are addressed to: (1) The supervisors of Juvenile Correctional Institutions; and (2) Future researchers.
