    Abstract

    Apartement Gateway Pasteur Bandung merupakan salah satu bangunan yang memiliki bentuk struktur asimetris. Struktur asimetris Apartement Gateway Pasteur dibuat menjadi dua bagian bangunan yaitu Gedung Diamond dan Topaz. Pada bangunan asimetris terdapat kemungkinan yang lebih besar untuk terjadi puntir atau kelelehan pada elemen struktur akibat gedung yang menerima beban terlalu berlebih, terutama beban gempa. Analisis gempa pada struktur asimetris dapat dilakukan dengan analisis statis non linear, salah satu pendekatan analisisnya ialah dengan analisis Pushover. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis pushover adalah kurva kapasitas yang menunjukkan perilaku struktur saat dikenai gaya geser pada level tertentu serta nilai performance point yang menunjukkan nilai perpindahan untuk menentukan kriteria kinerja struktur Gedung Apartement Gateway Pasteur baik Gedung Diamond dan Topaz, dengan menggunakan bantuan software ETABS V 9.7.1. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kurva kapasitas menunjukkan bahwa pada Gedung Diamond didapatkan pergeseran maksimum di lantai atap sebesar 0,057 m pada sumbu X dan 0,052 m pada sumbu Y, sementara untuk gedung Topaz didapatkan nilai pergeseran maksimum di lantai atap sebesar 0,0482 m pada sumbu X dan 0,059 m pada sumbu Y. Kriteria kinerja struktur Gedung Apartement Gateway Pasteur baik Gedung Diamond maupun Gedung Topaz termasuk kedalam kriteria level kinerja gedung Immediate Occupancy, dengan nilai maksimum drift sebesar 0,00136 m.;--- Bandung Pasteur Gateway Apartement is regarded as one of the building that possesses asymmetric structure. This structure is developed into two different parts of building that known as Diamond and Topaz buildings. In an asymmetric building tends to have more possibility of being affected by torsion effect or hinge in the structural element due to an excessive load that received, particularly earthquake based-load. Non-linear statistical analysis has been known to be one of the best way to perform problem analysis in assymmetric structure. In this study, pushover analysis is used in order to analyze the performance level of Diamond and Topaz buildings shown by capacity curve and performance point which indicated the structure performance when base shear is given in certain building story followed by further analysis using ETABS V 9.7.1 software. The result reveals that the maximum displacement value on the roof top of the Diamond building is 0.057 m and 0.052 m for X and Y axis value, respectively. In addition, the maximum displacement value for Topaz building is 0.0482 m and 0.059 m. In summary, the performance level for both buildings accroding to the recorded macimum displacement value could be classified in Immediate Occupancy level with maximum drift’s value 0.00136 m.
