Abstract

Penelitian ini beranjak dari permasalahan mata pelajaran public area pada proses pelaksanaan praktek pembersihan area umum yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik masih perlu ditingkatkan dikarenakan hasil praktek yang tidak mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan psikomotor peserta didik pada kompetensi pembersihan area umum di SMK Negeri 15 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu peserta didik kelas XII Program Keahlian Akomodasi Perhotelan dengan jumlah 6 kelas dengan total 182 peserta didik. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive, dengan sampel peserta didik program keahlian akomodasi perhotelan di SMKN 15 Bandung kelas XII AP 5 dilihat dari rata-rata nilai kelas saat pelaksanaan praktek UAS Genap. Kelas tersebut dipilih karena memiliki nilai rata-rata terendah diantara keseluruhan kelas yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Instrumen sebagai alat pengumpulan data merupakan berupa Kriteria Unjuk Kerja (KUK) berdasarkan prosedur yang telah ditentukan menggunakan model skala Guttman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis tahap observation (pengamatan), tahap imitation (peniruan), tahap practice (praktek) pada praktek pembersihan area umum, seluruhnya berada dalam kriteria mampu pada pencapaian praktek. Secara keseluruhan kemampuan psikomotor peserta didik pada kompetensi pembersihan area umum telah mampu pada kriteria pencapaian praktek. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat ditindak lanjuti terkait analisis kemampuan psikomotor peserta didik pada kompetensi make-up room dan kompetensi lainnya di SMKN 15 Bandung.;---This research is based on public area learning problems specifically problems on the implementation process of public areas cleaning practices undertaken by learners that still need to be improved due to the practice scores that still have not reached the passing grade (KKM) which is 75. The purpose of this study was to analyze the psychomotor skills of students of SMK Negeri 15 Bandung in concerns to the public areas cleaning competence. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population of this study is the 12th grade students of Hotel Accommodation Program consisted of 182 students in 6 classes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the class chosen, which assigned as the sample based on the class’ average score in 2nd semester final test, were the students of XII AP 5 class consisted of 30 students that has the lowest class’ final test average score. The data collection instruments was in the form of performance criteria (KUK) based on the Guttman scale procedure. The result of this study has shown, based on the analysis of observation phase, imitation phase, and practice phase in the public area cleaning practice, that the capable level in the practice achievement criteria has been obtained. In the other words, the students’ psychomotor skill on the public area cleaning competence has reached that level. A recommendation for future researches is it is preferable to consider the students’ psychomotor skill in make-up room competence and other competences in SMKN 15 Bandung.
