Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang belum memberikan keteladanan bagi guru. Serta belum adanya hubungan kerja yang baik antara sesama guru sehingga mempengaruhi pencapaian terhadap tujuan sekolah Efektivitas sekolah merupakan gelar untuk sekolah yang telah mencapai tujuannya. Diantara faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas sekolah adalah kepemimpinan berbasis nilai kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan berbasis nilai kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap efektivitas sekolah pada sekolah dasar negeri terakreditasi A di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriftif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebarkan kepada 231 orang guru dan 30 orang kepala sekolah di SD Negeri terakreditasi A di Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan berbasis nilai kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 20,8%, iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sekolah sebesar 21,4%. Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersama-sama secara positif dan signifikan berpengaruh sebesar 37,6% dengan demikian berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efektivitas sekolah.;---The background of this research based on leadership of principal who has not given a model for the teachers. And absence of good working relationships among teachers therefore it affects to subject achievement of school effectiveness is a degree of school which has achieved its goal. Among the factors which influence school effectiveness is value based leadership on principal and school climate. Generaly, the aims of this research is to know description of the influence of value based leadrship on principal and school climate of effectiveness at state primary school accredited A in Bandung. The method which used in this reaserch is descriptive analysis using quantitative approach. Data collecting method used questioners which were spreaded to 231 teachers and 30 principals at state primary school accredeted A in Bandung. The result of research shows that value based leadership on principal influences of school effectiveness 20,8%, climate school influences of school effectiveness 21,4%. The value based leadership on principal and school climate collectively are positive and significant influence 37,6% so that influence of school effectiveness significantly.
