Abstract

Di Asia food truck dikenal dengan berbagai variasi. Mulai dari truk yang menjual sayuran dan bahan makanan segar hingga hidangan tradisional. Di Indonesia food truck populer sekitar akhir tahun 2013. Saat ini food truck pun mulai marak di Kota Bandung yang dikenal sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata di Indonesia. Kota Bandung memiliki komunitas yang disebut Bandung Food Truck Community yaitu komunitas yang beranggotakan para entrepeneur food truck di Kota Bandung. jumlah anggota Bandung Food Truck Community baru 12 anggota, dan masing-masing anggota memiliki bentuk usaha food truck yang berbeda-beda. Para anggota Pemerintah Kota dapat melihat kreatifitas yang telah mereka ciptakan sendiri mulai dari konsep mobil yang digunakan, menu yang mereka jual, mencari tempat permanen mereka sendiri hingga mencari event-event sendiri untuk memperkenalkan bahwa Kota Bandung memiliki komunitas dimana para pelakunya adalah muda-mudi yang mau berwirausaha dan memunculkan ide kreatifitas mereka dan mengangkat nama Kota Bandung lebih baik lagi dengan konsep wisata kuliner mereka sendiri.;---There’s so many of varieties Food Truck in Asia. Starting from truck which is sell any of vegetables, until selling traditional food. In Indonesia, food truck was popular since end of the year 2013. Now, food truck is exist in Bandung city which is the popular destination for culinary in Indonesia. Bandung city has a community that we call Bandung Food Truck Community which is the member community are the entrepeneur of food truck in Bandung. Total member of this community is still 12 and both of any food truck has a different product. The goverment city can see the creativity from the entrepenur, starting from the truck concept, the menu that they sell, trying to find the permanent place for they own until find any event for introducing to people in Bandung that they have teenagers who still want to entrepreuning and create any creative idea that will bring the Bandung city to be the better city with the tourism culinary concept on their own.
