Abstract
Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan dalam era globalisasi diarahkan pada otonomi sektor pertanian termasuk Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) untuk itu inovasi B2SA yang dibimbing oleh seorang Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) perlu memiliki kompetensi professional untuk pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Kompetensi yang dikaji oleh peneliti yaitu : kompetensi generik sebagai kemampuan seseorang untuk menjadi pemimpin yang berkinerja tinggi dalam menghadapi masa mendatang dan kompetensi bidang sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabanya sebagai pemangku jabatan fungsional memiliki kemampuan dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui:1) Perbedaan latar belakang anggota KWT terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA 2) Hubungan kompetensi generik terhadap kompetensi bidang penyuluh pertanian lapangan. 3) Hubungan kompetensi generik penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. 4) Hubungan kompetensi bidang penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. 5) Hubungan kompetensi generik penyuluh pertanian lapangan dan kompetensi bidang penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini terdiri dari anggota Kelompok wanita Tani (KWT) di Kota Cimahi dengan Sampel yang diambil 80 orang dengan menggunakan proportionate random sampling . Hasil dari penelitian maka diperoleh data sebagai berikut: 1) Hubungan kompetensi generik terhadap kompetensi bidang penyuluh pertanian lapangan. 2) Hubungan kompetensi generik penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. 3) Hubungan kompetensi bidang penyuluh pertanian lapangan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. 4) Hubungan kompetensi generik dan kompetensi bidang terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA. Memiliki tingkat hubungan yang “Cukup Kuat” dan signifikan terhadap penerimaan inovasi B2SA.--- Agricultural Area Organizers in the globalization era were directed to the autonomy of agricultural sector, including Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT), therefore, B2SA innovation guided by an Agricultural Area Organizer (PPL) needs to have professional competence in the implementation of the elucidation. The competence studied by the researcher is generic competence as a person’s ability to be a leader with high performance in facing the future and regional competence in accordance with the duties and responsibilities as a functional position holder who has the ability in the management of learning. The aims of this research to determine: 1) The difference of KWT members’ background toward the acceptance of B2SA innovation; 2) The relations of generic competence towards the regional competence of agricultural area organizer; 3) The relations of generic competence of agricultural area organizer towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation; 4) The relations of regional competence of agricultural area organizer towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation; 5) The relations of generic competence of agricultural area organizer and regional competence of agricultural area organizer towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation. This research used a descriptive method with quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was questionnaires. The population of this research consisted of Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) members at Cimahi with samples taken were 80 people by using proportionate random sampling. The results of the research were obtained the data as follows: 1) The relations of generic competence towards the regional competence of agricultural area organizer; 2) The relations of generic competence of agricultural area organizer towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation; 3) The relations of regional competence of agricultural area organizer towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation; 4) The relations of generic competence and regional competence towards the acceptance of B2SA innovation. The data result showed the relationship level of ”Strong Enough” and significant with the acceptance of B2SA innovation.
