Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah efektivitas penerapan nilai visi di SMK Kota Bandung. Fokus penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran authentic leadership kepala sekolah dan manajemen perubahan yang dilakukan menuju keadaan yang lebih baik dapat mengefektifkan penerapan nilai visi di sekolah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 114 guru di SMK yang telah terakreditasi A wilayah Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan 1) Besaran pengaruh authentic leadership kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas penerapan nilai sebesar 18,6%. 2) Besaran pengaruh manajemen perubahan terhadap efektivitas penerapan nilai visi sebesar 24,2%. 3) Besaran pengaruh authentic leadership kepala sekolah dan manajemen perubahan terhadap efektivitas penerapan nilai visi adalah sebesar 24,4%, selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa authentic leadership kepala sekolah dan manajemen perubahan memberikan pengaruh terhadap efektivitas penerapan nilai visi di SMKKota Bandung. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Sekolah harus mampu membuat program dan kegiatan sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan dan visi sekolah. Kepala sekolah pun harus bersedia berkorban dan membantu bawahannya serta tidak mementingkan egonya sendiri. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin harus bisa melakukan strategi untuk mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan, misalnya dengan memberikan penghargaan dan mau menerima masukan demi kemajuan sekolah. ;--- The present on a research was based on the issue of the effectiveness implementation of value vision at vocational schools in Bandung. The focus of the research is how impact of authentic leadership of school principals and management of changeproceed to a better situationthat can streamline implementation ofvalue vision in the school grades in accordance with the values of national education goals. The type of this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach.This research was conducted on 114 teachers in vocational schools that has accredited grade A in Bandung. Based on the research previously that; 1) The impact of authentic leadership of school principals towards the effectiveness implementation of the value of 18.6 %; 2) The impact of management of change towards the effectiveness implementation of values vision of 24.2 %, and3 ) The impact of authentic leadership of school principals and management of change towardsthe effectiveness implementation of value vision of 24.4 %, and the other result influenced by other factors. The results showed that authentic leadership of school principals and management of change influences the effectiveness implementation of value vision at vocational schools in Bandung. Recommendations from this research that the School should be able to create programs and activities in accordance with the purpose of education and the school's vision. The school principal also must be willing to sacrifice and help subordinates and not concerned with his own ego, and also as a leader should be able to do a strategy to overcome resistance to change, for example by giving awards and brain-storming to make a better school.
