Abstract

Di Indonesia sering terjadi bencana alam gempa. Tentunya bangunan gedung tinggi perlu dirancang dapat menahan gaya gempa. Salah satu cara memperkuatnya adalah menggunakan dinding geser pada struktur gedung. Penggunaan dinding geser pada gedung tinggi diharapkan meningkatkan level kinerja gedung berdasarkan displacement yang terjadi saat adanya gempa. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya evaluasi kinerja dinding geser pada Gedung tinggi, salah satunya adalah gedung M-Square Apartment di Bandung. Penelitian evaluasi kinerja dinding geser dengan menganalisis gempa pada struktur yang ditinjau dengan analisis statik ekuivalen , serta untuk proses analisis strukturnya menggunakan alat bantu software SAP 2000 v.14, dan akan didapatkan besar displacement gedung dari nilai drift roof nya untuk struktur dengan menggunakan dinding geser dan tanpa dinding geser (tipe 1) , tinjauan penggunaan dinding geser pada gedung dengan pola penempatan yang eksisting (tipe 2) dan pola lainnya (type 3 dan 4). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa penggunaan dinding geser pada gedung dapat mereduksi besar displacement gedung rata-rata sebesar 53%, 64% dan 39%. Berturutan masing-masing sesuai dengan dinding geser penempatan type 2, 3, dan 4. Adapun hasil evaluasi tentang level kinerja gedung menunjukan gedung tersebut berada pada tingkat damage control, dengan nilai maksimal drift roof nya adalah sebesar 0,0198 untuk penggunaan dinding geser tipe 2 dan 0,0143 untuk penggunaan dinding geser tipe 3.;--- Earthquake is natural disasters which often happen in Indonesia. Definitely, the high rise building need to be planned to be able to withstand the force of the earthquake. One of the ways is using the shearwall in the building structure. The using of the shearwall in the high rise building is expected to increase the building level performance based on the displacement which happen if the earthquake happen. Because of it, the evaluation of the shearwall performance in the high rise building is needed. One of them is the M-square Apartment building in Bandung. The shearwall performance evaluation research by analyzing the earthquake force in the structure that observed with static equivalent analysis, as well to procees the structure analysis by using software named SAP 2000 v.14, and will get the displacement value of the building from the drift roof value for the structure with using the shearwall and without using the shearwall (type 1), the using of shearwall observation in the building with existing placement pattern (type 2) and the other pattern (type 3 and 4). Based on the analysis results show that the using of the shearwall in the building can reduce the number of the displacement value of the building with average 53 %, 64 %, and 39 %. Respectively according to the shearwall placement type 2, 3, and 4. There is a results of the evaluation about the building level performance show that the building in damage control level, with the maximum drift roof value is 0,0198 for the using of the shearwall type 2 and 0,0143 for the using of the shearwall type 3.
