Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang pengembangan alat ukur tes chinning up berbasis sensor infrared dan sensor ultrasonic dengan seven segment display. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu terciptanya alat ukur untuk mengukur daya tahan kekuatan lengan untuk perempuan berupa tiang portable yang bisa di atur pengukurannya dan juga dilengkapi sensor. Alasan dari tujuan ini adalah untuk meminimalisir gerakan chin up yang kurang benar seperti saat dagu tidak melewati palang , lengan tidak lurus dan penghitungan yang kurang tepat sehingga alat ini perlu digunakan saat melakukan tes chin up. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode research and development, karena penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan dan menghasilkan produk. Setelah diuji cobakan kepada sampel, hasilnya menujukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata dari setiap tes. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa alat yang dikembangkan dapat bekerja dengan baik dan melakukan fungsinya sebagai alat ukur daya tahan kekuatan lengan. Temuan lainnya yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara tes chin up dengan sensor dan tes chin up tanpa sensor, namun jika dilihat dari rata-rata dari perolehan tes, tes tanpa sensor memiliki nilai rata-rata yang sedikit lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tes menggunakan sensor hal ini menunjukan bahwa tes menggunakan sensor lebih baik dikarenakan bantuan beberapa sensor.;--- Chinningup or exercise to measure arm strength endurance used worldwide to assess someone's physical fitness is very important for army recruits and some particular sports. However, the existing tools has several issues that do not have sensors that can calculate the movement perfectly, often has human error when the calculation of the movement, and has limited availability of pole chinning up that is usually just next to the jogging track. Therefore, the researcher efforts to develop tools free standing-up chinning bar chinning up stations for test-based infrared sensors and ultrasonic sensors with seven segment display. This research aimed to determine the working system and test results of chinning up measurement instrument based on infrared and ultrasonic sensors with seven segment display. The hypothesis is the development of chinning up measuring instrument based on infrared and ultrasonic sensors with seven segment display. Sampling was done randomly, namely to the criteria of reproductive age and women that was conducted at the stadium Indonesia University of Education and Sport Sciences Laboratory FPOK UPI Bandung. Thesis supervisor hadrole as an expert validator.The result showed that there is no difference between chinning up using and without a sensor, yet the average from the group test has bigger value. The implications derived from this research that chinning up measuring instrument based on infrared and ultrasonic sensors can be used by all people, especially women and can figure out either right moves or not automatically. As recommendation is this research should be continued with the support and assistance program of sport science program study and even sports agencies or organizations to develop further a national product of Indonesia.
