Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Dampak Implementasi Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pendidikan yang ada di SMP Negeri 2 Bandung dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah dengan ketercapaian Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pendidikan serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Bandung sudah bagus. Hal ini dapat dibutikan dengan pencapaian indikator-indikator SPM yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh SMP 2 Bandung. Tetapi masih ada indikator SPM yang belum terlaksana yaitu jam mengajar guru tetap di SMP 2 Bandung tidak mencapai 37,5 jam per minggu. Dampak yang ditimbulkan atas penerapan SPM di sekolah memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi belaar siswa dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana sekolah. Dengan demikian diharapkan sekolah dapat terus meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dengan tetap mempertahankan standar-standar yang sudah baik.---; This study entitled "analysis of the impact of the implementation of the minimum service standard education in SMP Negeri 2 Bandung. This research was carried out with a view to knowing the implementation of minimum service standard of education that is in SMP Negeri 2 Bandung and their impact on student learning and achievement improvement availability and infrastructure the achievement school with minimum service standard of education as well as to know the factor endowments and restricting factors. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview an documentation study. Based on the results of the research, that the application of the minimum service standard education in SMP Negeri 2 Bandung is already good. This can be proven with the achievement of the indicators SPM already implemented by SMP Negeri 2 Bandung. But there still indicators that have yet to be implemented, namely SPM hours teaching teachers remained in SMPN 2 Bandung did not reach 37.5 hours per week. The impact caused over the application of SPM in school give influence on the achievements of the belaar students and the availability of the infrastructure of the school. This it is hoped the school could continue to improve the educational service provided to the community by maintaining standards that are already good.
