Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan peserta didik akan sistem layanan pendidikan di sekolah yang tidak hanya mengandalkan layanan pembelajaran bidang studi tetapi layanan bantuan khusus yang lebih bersifat psiko-edukatif yaitu melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum mengenai kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling menurut kepuasan siswa sebagai penerima atau pengguna layanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri Kota bandung yang telah tersertifikasi. Temuan penelitian, yaitu: (1) Secara umum, kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri Kota Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 menurut perspektif kepuasan siswa adalah ”Tidak Memuaskan”. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini siswa mempunyai harapan yang sangat tinggi terhadap layanan bimbingan dan konseling hanya saja pihak penyelenggara yaitu guru BK belum mampu memberikan pelayanan sesuai harapan para siswa yang sangat tinggi tersebut, sehingga ada kesenjangan yang sangat tinggi antara harapan siswa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dari guru BK; (2) Hasil dari analisis tingkat kepentingan dengan persepsi dimensi utama yang menjadi prioritas peningkatan mutu layanan BK adalah dimensi Responsiveness (daya tanggap).;---This research is motivated by the students’ need towards school system education services which not only rely on learning services subject areas, but also special support services that are more psycho-educational through guidance and counseling services. The study aimed to determine the general description of the counselors’ performance by student satisfaction as recipients or users of the service. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample was counselors at SMA Negeri Bandung that has been certified. The study found that: (1) In general, the performance of counselor in SMA Bandung Academic Year 2015/2016 according to the satisfaction is "Unsatisfactory". The findings in this research students have very high expectations of the guidance and counseling services but the organizer is teacher guidance and counseling have not been able to provide services according to the expectations of the students were very high, so there is a gap that is very high between the expectations of students with services given from teacher guidance and counseling; (2) The results of the analysis of the level of interest with the perception of the dimension main priority improving the quality of guidance and counseling services is the dimension Responsiveness.
