Abstract

Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumen yang cenderung irasional bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengalokasikan pendapatannya untuk menabung dan berbelanja suatu barang/jasa tidak sesuai rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman belajar terhadap literasi ekonomi; (2) mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman belajar terhadap perilaku konsumen; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumen. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Babakan Tarogong Kota Bandung sebanyak 378 kepala keluarga. Metode penelitian adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan uji tes literasi ekonomi sebagai alat pengumpul data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan program SPSS 20.0 for window. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumen, pengalaman belajar dan literasi ekonomi berada pada kategori sedang. Pengalaman belajar positif terhadap literasi ekonomi, pengalaman belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumen, dan literasi ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen. Untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi dan perilaku konsumen, masyarakat sebaiknya memaknai setiap pengalaman yang diperoleh dalam proses interaksi dengan lingkungan sebagai proses pembelajaran yang berkesinambungan sehingga masyarakat dapat memperoleh pengetahuan baru dan merubah perilaku konsumen menjadi lebih baik lagi.;--- The problem of this research is consumer behavior that tends irrational, it looked by there are still many people who do not allocate income to save up and buy a product / service is not according to plan. The purpose of this research is to: (1) find out the influence of learning experience toward economic literacy; (2) find out the influence of learning experience toward consumer behavior; and (3) find out the influence of economic literacy toward consumer behavior. Sampling technique in this reserarch is using proportionate random sampling technique. The sample of this research is people of Babakan Tarogong Sub-district consist of 378 family. The research method applied was explanatory survey research. The data collected by questIonnaires and a test of economic literacy. Data analysis technique used was path analysis by using SPSS 20.0 for window. Based on the result of data analisys, the research can be concluded that the condition of Babakan Tarogong Sub-district people were classified in the middle category of learning experience, economic literacy and consumer bahavior. Learning experience contribute positive impact on economic literacy, learning experience contribute positive impact on consumer behavior and economic literacy not contribute on consumer behavior. To improve economic literacy and consumer behavior, people should interpret any experience gained in the process of interaction with the environment as a continuous learning process with the result that people can acquire new knowledge and change consumer behavior to be better again.
