Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui job description dan job specification pegawai, koordinasi untuk menjamin tidak terjadi tumpang tindih, proses pengendalian kinerja, dan masalah yang dihadapi yang menggambarkan keefektivan kerja dalam melaksanakan penatausahaan pelaporan realisasi anggaran. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Dalam Penatausahaan Pelaporan Realisasi Anggaran Oleh Satuan Kerja Balai Diklat VI Bandung Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat sudah cukup efektif, artinya kerja pegawai Satker sudah bisa menunjukkan hasil kerja yang maksimal. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan kualitas, kuantitas, dan pemanfaatan waktu kerja pegawai meskipun pengawasan yang diberikan atasan kurang maksimal namun pegawai masih bisa bekerja dengan baik. ;--- This research aimed to determine the employees’ job description and job specification, to see the co-ordination of each employee in order to ensure there is no overlap of jobs, to discover the control process work performance, and to find problems that illustrate the effectiveness of the work in the reporting budget administration. The method of this research was using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data were collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation process. Based on the result of the research that the employee’s work effectiveness in budget reporting document administration is effective enough. It means that employees already show the high qualityworking. This can be proved by the quality, quantity, and utilization of work hoursof the employees. Although they aregiven less supervision by the supervisor, employees can still perform well at their jobs.
