Abstract

Rumusan masalah umum dari penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan E - Book Interaktif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa”, sedangkan tujuan umum dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi tentang efektivitas E - Book untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Kelas VII di SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan non - equivalent control group design, sedangkan untuk populasinya adalah siswa kelas VII di SMPN 11 Bandung. Pengolahan data dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t dan selanjutnya penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di lapangan, secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media E - Book Interaktif efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Secara khusus, simpulan penelitian dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut, simpulan yang pertama, terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang signifikan pada aspek cognitive motives setelah menggunakan E - Book Interaktif pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. Simpulan yang kedua, terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang signifikan pada aspek self - expression setelah menggunakan E - Book Interaktif pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. Simpulan yang ketiga, terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa yang signifikan pada aspek self - enhancement setelah menggunakan E - Book Interaktif pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. ;---The problems of this research is "how the effectiveness of the use of Interactive E - Book to increase students' motivation", while the general purpose of this study was to obtain information on the effectiveness of interactive E - Book to increase student motivation in natural science lesson in class VII at SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental methods, research design used non - equivalent control group design, while its population is students of class VII SMPN 11 Bandung. Data processing performed to test the hypothesis by using t-test and then drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained in the field, in general it can be concluded that learning by using media Interactive E - Book effective to increase students' motivation. In particular, the research conclusions can be described as follows, concluding the first, there is an increase in student motivation significant cognitive aspects motives after using Interactive E - Book on the subjects of natural sciences lesson in class VII at SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. The second conclusion, there is an increase in student motivation significant aspects of self - expression after using Interactive E - Book on the subjects of natural sciences lesson in class VII at SMP Negeri 11 Bandung. The third conclusion, there is an increase in student motivation significant aspects of self - enhancement after using Interactive E - Book on the subjects of natural sciences lesson in class VII at SMP Negeri 11 Bandung.
