Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku kewargaan organisasi (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) karyawan di PT. Perdana Perkasa Elastindo (Persaels) Bandung yang tidak memadai hal ini ditandai dengan kurangnya perilaku baik dan pencapaian kinerja yang belum optimal. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku kewargaan organisasi (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) adalah kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja serta perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) karyawan PT. Perkasa Elastindo (Persaels) Bandung. Aspek yang diteliti meliputi dua hal yaitu kepuasan kerja serta perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi berjumlah 140 orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) PT. Perdana Perkasa Elastindo (Persaels) Bandung berada para kategori sedang. Hasil perhitungan korelasi sebesar 0,643 artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup tinggi antara kepuasan kerja dengan perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior). Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana didapat persamaan Y = 25,309 + 0, 659X dan KD = 41,4 artinya 41,4% perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja sedangkan sisanya 58,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Saran yang diberikan sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan kepuasan karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior) karyawan karena kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan perilaku kewargaan organisasi (organizational citizenship behavior). Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) The main issue proposed in this study is about Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. Perdana Perkasa Elastindo (Persaels) employees showing unsatisfied result. One of the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior is job satisfaction. This study is aimed to examine the job satisfaction and also organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Perkasa Elastindo (Persaels) employees. The main aspects investigated in this study are job satisfaction and also organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses descriptive and verification method. It involves a population consisting 140 people as the respondents. Then, it is analyzed by Pearson Product Moment Coefficient Correlation and simple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the test t-test to see the influence partially. The result of this study shows that the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of PT. Perdana Elastindo (Persaels) employees are categorized as the medium one. It can be seen from the calculation result, 0,643, meaning that there is a high correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Then, it also supported by the result of simple regression analysis, Y = 25,309 + 0, 659X dan KD = 41,4, meaning that 41,4% organizational citizenship behavior is influenced by job satisfaction, and the rest, 58,6%, is influenced by another factor which is not involved in this study. Furthermore, since job satisfaction becomes influential factor for the employee organizational citizenship behavior, it is suggested for the company to have more attention on the job satisfaction in order to increase the organizational citizenship behavior among employees.
