Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran konflik kerja khususnya Work Family Conflict pada pengemudi bis wanita Transjakarta. Penelitian dilakukan pada tiga subjek yang merupakan Pramudi wanita Transjakarta. Penggalian informasi menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Work Family Conflict yang dikemukakan oleh Greenhaus & Beutell, 1985. Work Family Conflict yaitu suatu bentuk konflik antar peran dimana tekanan peran dari area pekerjaan dan keluarga satu sama lain bertentangan. Artinya, partisipasi dalam peran pekerjaan (keluarga) menjadi lebih sulit oleh keikutsertaan dalam keluarga (pekerjaan). Multidimensi dari Work Family Conflict yaitu Time Based Conflict, Strain Based Conflict, dan Behavior Based Conflict. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan, ketiga subjek tidak mengalami konflik peran ganda. Konflik yang terjadi di pekerjaan dan keluarga tidak mempengaruhi satu sama lain dan tidak saling berkaitan. ;---This study aims to describe the labor conflict, especially Work Family Conflict on women Transjakarta bus driver. The study was conducted on three subjects are women as bus driver at Transjakarta. Extracting information using the phenomenological approach to collecting data through in-depth interviews. This study use the theory of Work Family Conflict presented by Greenhaus & Beutell, 1985. Work Family Conflict is a form of conflict between the role of the role of the pressure of work and family against one another. That is, participation in the job role (family) is becoming more difficult by the participation in the family (work). Multidimensional of Work Family Conflict is Time Based Conflict, Conflict Based strain, and Behavior Based Conflict. From the interviews conducted, the three subjects not experiencing conflict dual role. The conflict in work and family do not affect each other and are not related to each other.
