Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari program aktivitas jasmani (PAJ) dan program pendidikan gizi (PPG) baik secara mandiri maupun secara simultan terhadap status gizi anak. Sebanyak 66 siswa SD Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 berusia 10-12 tahun yang overweight dan obesitas bersedia dijadikan sampel. Dengan metode eksperimen desain The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subject, sampel dibagi ke dalam tiga kelompok intervensi yang mengikuti program aktivitas jasmani, pendidikan gizi dan kombinasi keduanya serta satu kelompok kontrol yang tidak mengikuti keduanya. Status gizi diukur dengan kriteria Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) dan presentasi Kadar Lemak (KL). Data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 22 for windows melalui teknik paired sample test terhadap data pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kualitas status gizi pada masing-masing kelompok eksperimen berdasarkan kedua kriteria yang diukur. Kelompok PAJ IMT dengan N-Gain 1,4 dan t-hitung (4,938) > t-tabel (1,746), N-Gain PAJ KL 1,91 dan t-hitung (7,05) > t-tabel (1,746), N-Gain PPG IMT (0,4) dan t-hitung (5,107) > t-tabel (1,746), N-Gain PPG KL 1,41 dan t-hitung (7,146) > t-tabel (1,746), N-Gain PAJ+PPG IMT 1,6 dan t-hitung (9,575) > t-tabel (1,746), N-Gain PAJ+PPG KL 3,46 dan t-hitung (11,877) > t-tabel (1,746), semua dengan P <  (0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa program aktivitas jasmani dan pendidikan gizi yang diberikan selama empat minggu baik secara mandiri maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap status gizi anak overweight dan obesitas SD Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya.;---The purposes of this reseach are to determine the influence of physical activity program (PAP) and nutrition education program (NED) either independently or simultaneously to the nutritional status of child. As many as 66 overweight and obesity students of SD Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya age 10-12 years old willing to be sample. The researcer uses experiment design method The Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, Using Matched Subject, sampel devided in to three intervention group which follow phsycal activity program, nutrition education and both of combination and one control group which unfollow both. Nutritional status measure by Body Mass Indeks (BMI) and Body Fat (BF) . Collecting of the data use IBM SPSS Statistics 22 for windows by paired sample test technique toward pretest and posttest data. The result of the research toward that increase of quality nutritional status to each experiment group based on both of measuring criteria. With the result that physical activity program and nutrition education program which given during four weeks either independently or simultaneously significant influence to the nutritional status of overweight and obesity child in SD Al-Muttaqin Tasikmalaya.
