Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari pentingnya peran PKH dalam menuntaskan kemiskinan, melalui diklat yang berlandaskan penggunaan andragogi. Subjek penelitian yaitu peserta diklat Family Development Session tahun 2015 di BBPPKS Regional II Bandung yang tersebar di Jawa Barat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kondisi variabel pendekatan pembelajaran andragogi yang diterapkan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendekatan pembelajaran andragogi terhadap keterampilan peserta diklat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survey deskriptif dan analitik, dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Jumlah anggota populasi yaitu 190 orang dan sampel penelitian yaitu 66 menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan presisi 10%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, diklat Family Development Session menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran andragogi. Disimpulkan melalui hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari pendekatan pembelajaran andragogi terhadap keterampilan peserta diklat 2015 sebesar 39,6%. Setiap satu peningkatan pendekatan pembelajaran andragogi meningkatkan keterampilan sebesar 37,6%. --- This research based on importance the role of PKH in order to solve the poverty through education and training that base on using andragogy. Subject in this research is education and training’s participant of family development session in 2015 year at BBPKS Regional II Bandung that spread over in West Java. It has purpose to get description about variable condition of andragogy learning approach which is applied in skill of education and training’s participant. Method that used is descriptive and analytic survey that analysed use simple regression. Amount of population member is 190 peoples and the sample that used for research is 66 people. It is use the formula of Taro Yamane with precision is 10%. The result shown that training education of Family Development Session use andragogy learning approach. This conclude through hypothesis test shown that there is positive effect from andragogy learning approach on skill of education and training’s participant 2015 is 39,6%. It means that each of one from andragofy learning approach increasing skill as much as 37,6%.
