Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Permasalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi, khususnya pada mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran kelas X AP. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dan kinerja mengajar guru dalam setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 117 siswa kelas X mata pelajaran produktif administrasi perkantoran kelas X AP di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi.. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model skala yang diadaptasidariresponden. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaindikatordarikinerja mengejar guru yang tertinggi adalah indikator pelaksanaan pembelajaraan dan indikator terendah yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran. Sedangkan indikator motivasi belajar siswa yang tertinggi adalah indikator ketekunan dalam pembelajaran dan indikator terendah yaitu selalu berusaha. Adapun hasil penelitian dari regresi sederhana kinerja mengajar guru mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. ;--- This research was conducted at SMK 1 Sangkuriang Cimahi. The issue became a study in this research is the students' motivation in SMK 1 Sangkuriang Cimahi, especially in productive subject office administration of the students grade tenth AP. The purpose of this research of this study is to determine the level of student motivation and performance of teachers teaching in each learning activity. The method used in this study was survey method. This research was participated by 117 respondence of the tenth AP grade students of office administration class at SMK 1 Sangkuriang Cimahi. Questionnaires were used to collect data, which were elaborated further using scale model taken from the respondence's answer. The data then analyzed using simple regression. The data of the study related to the teachers' teaching performance show that the indicator of learning implementation is the highest indicator, while designing lesson plan regarded as the lowest indicator. On the other hand, the data related to the students' motivation show that the students' persistence in learning is the highest indicator and the students effort regarded as the lowest indicator. The research resulth of a simple regression teachers’ teaching performance has positive and significant impact on the student motivation.
