Abstract
Kota Depok merupakan salah satu daerah yang memiliki situ terbanyak di Jawa Barat. Situ-situ tersebut berfungsi sebagai pengendali banjir, pariwisata dan tambak ikan. Setiap tahun situ-situ di Kota Depok mengalami penyempitan dan pendangkalan lahan yang akan membuat situ menghilang secara perlahan. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi disebabkan oleh manusia dimana seharusnya manusia berperan dalam melestarikan situ sehingga pastisipasi masyarakat sangatlah penting dilakukan. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel wilayah berada di 3 kecamatan dan sampel manusia sebanyak 100 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan koefisien korelasi dan uji kontribusi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pelestarian situ memiliki hubungan yang signifikan namun setiap indikator partisipasi menunjukkan tidak ada hasil yang tinggi. Nilai korelasi partisipasi buah pikiran sebesar 0,301 artinya memiliki hubungan yang rendah atau kontribusi hanya sebesar 9,06 %. Nilai korelasi partisipasi harta benda sebesar 0,264 artinya memiliki hubungan yang rendah atau kontribusi hanya sebesar 6,96 %. Nilai korelasi partisipasi tenaga sebesar 0,407 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sedang atau kontribusi sebesar 16,56 %. Nilai korelasi partisipasi keterampilan sebesar 0,366 artinya memiliki hubungan yang rendah atau kontribusi hanya sebesar 13,40 %. Nilai korelasi partisipasi sosial sebesar 0,557 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sedang atau kontribusi sebesar 31,02 %. Upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan peran masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian situ-situ di Kota Depok seperti mengajak masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dengan bergabung bersama komunitas berbasis lingkungan, mengikuti lomba-lomba penghijauan, dan memberdayakan warga untuk membuat dermaga kecil dan bertanggung jawab terhadap perawatan permainan air di tempat wisata;--- Depok is a city that has the most lakes in West Java. Those lakes have several functions as flood controller, recreation area and fishpond. Every year, lakes in Depok City are getting constricted and minimized, it would cause the lakes to be slowly disappeared. It could happen because of human where they should have taken the role in conserving lakes, so that people’s participation is very important to do. This research uses the descriptive method with the quantity of area samples are in 3 sub-districts and human samples are 100. Data tabulation uses coefficient correlation and contribution experimental. The result of analysis shows the level of people’s participation towards lakes conservation has a significant relation every indicator’s participation shows no high results. Correlation value for participation of thought is 0,301 which means it has a low relation or its contribution is only 9,06%. Correlation value for participation of wealth is 0,264 which means it has a low relation or its contribution is only 6,96%. Correlation value for participation of human energy is 0,407 which means it has a medium relation or its contribution is 16,56%. Correlation value for participation of skill is 0,366 which means it has a low relation or its contribution is 13,40%. Correlation value for participation of social is 0,557 which means it has a medium relation or its contribution is 31,02%. Government’s effort to increase the people role in lake conservation in Depok City such as urging people to join the community, join some planting competition and empowering them to make a small quay and be responsible of water games’ treatment in the recreation area.
