Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah dengan melihat kenyataan yang terjadi pada saat sekarang ini bahwa semakin maraknya kasus kenakalan yang melibatkan para pelajar. Diantaranya semakin meningkatnya jumlah kasus tawuran pelajar yang terjadi di Indonesia, kemudian semakin maraknya kasus prostitusi yang diperankan oleh para pelajar Dengan melihat kasus-kasus tersebut, penulis berasumsi bahwa belum ditemukannya model pembinaan akhlak yang tepat dan relevan dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model pembinaan akhlak di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung untuk mengatasi krisis moral yang terjadi dikalangan para pelajar saat ini. Pendekatan dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Alasan penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif ini adalah untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan keadaan selama penulis melakukan penelitian di lokasi penelitian tanpa adanya rekayasa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung telah terdapat sebuah model pembinaan akhlak terhadap para siswanya. Pembinaan akhlak dilakukan melalui tiga metode, yaitu metode keteladanan, metode pembiasaan, dan metode pemberian hukuman dan hadiah. Metode keteladanan dilakukan dengan cara menjadikan seorang guru menjadi sosok tauladan yang baik bagi para siswa. Metode pembiasaan dilakukan dengan melalui kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di sekolah seperti kegiatan pembacaan ayat suci al-qur’an selama 15 menit sebelum pelajaran dimulai, kegiatan 5S (Salam, Senyum, Sapa, Sopam, Santun), kegiatan ekstrakurikurel sekolah seperti DKM, ASQI, keputrian, basket, dan eskul lainnya, kegiatan upacara bendera, dan kegiatan doa bersama yang dilakukan setiap tahunnya ketika akan menghadapi ujian nasional. Sedangkan metode pemberian hukuman dan pemberian hadiah dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan BK, peraturan sekolah, pujian serta imbalan terhadap siswa yang berperilaku baik. Dari kegiatan-kegiatan pembinaan akhlak tersebut berdampak cukup positif terhadap perilaku para siswa. Contoh kecilnya saja, para siswa lebih sopan santun terhadap para guru, dan semakin banyaknya siswa yang melaksanakan shalat dhuha disela-sela waktu istirahat para siswa. Ini menunjukan bahwa model pembinaan akhlak yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 20 Bandung dapat berjalan secara baik dan menghasilkan siswa-siswa yang berperilaku terpuji dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. The background of this research is to see the reality happening now days in delinquency cases which involved the students. One of them is the rise of the amount in engaged in a student fight cases which happen in Indonesia, more over is the widespread of the prostitution cases which the role is played by the students. From seeing those cases, the writer assumes that there is no model in morality development which is right and relevant with the progress and the need in students yet. The purpose of this research is to know the right model of morality development, taking place in 20 State Senior High School Bandung to settle the morality crisis that happens in students' society for the moment. The approach and the method is used on this research is qualitative descriptive. The reason why the writer uses the approach qualitative descriptive is to draw or to describe the situation during the writer does the research in the research location without any changes in the data. The technique of data collection which is used in this research is through observation technique, interview technique and documentation technique. The result from the research shows that 20 State Senior High School Bandung has a model of morality development to the students. Morality development is made through three methods that are to say, exemplary method, habit method, and punishment and prize method. Exemplary method is done by giving example from a teacher to become a good role model to their students. Habit method is used with doing useful activities which is done in the school, like reading holy Al-Quran for about 15 minutes before the class starts the lesson, 5S actions (Salam (shake hands), Senyum (smile), Sapa (greet), Sopan (polite), Santun (mannered)), extracurricular activities such as DKM, ASQI, Keputrian, Basketball, and etc, flag ceremony, and pray together which is done every year to face the national exams. While punishment and prize method is done through guidance counseling activities, school rules, praises and reward to the students who behave good. From the activities in morality development above has impact positively enough to the behavior of the students, small samples which turns to good are that the students are more decorum to the teachers, and a lot more students are doing the Duha prayer on the sideline of the break time. It shows that the model of morality development which is done in 20 State Senior High School could run well and produces students who have praiseworthy behavior in daily life.
