Abstract
Kinerja wasit merupakan kunci sukses keseluruhan jalannya suatu pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebugaran, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit futsal level 1Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional. Sebanyak 12 sample dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian ini yaitu Kebugaran terdiri dari tes 1000 Meter, Speed Test 10 Meter, Agility Test 1.Kecerdasan Intelektual yaitu dengan menggunakan tes IQ melalui Advanced Progressive Matrices (APM), Kecerdasan Emosional menggunakan Angket. Kinerja wasit menggunakan format penilaian kinerja wasit fifa futsal yang dikeluarkan oleh Assesor FIFA. Teknik pengelolahan data menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Physical Fitness dengan Kinerja wasit futsal. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kecerdasan Intelektual dengan Kinerja wasit futsal. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kecerdasan emosional dengan Kinerja wasit futsal. 4) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kebugaran, kecerdasan intelektual, dan kecerdasan emosional dengan Kinerja wasit futsal dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,4% dan sisanya 31,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain;---Performance is the key to a successful referee whole course of a game. This study aims to investigate the relationship between physical fitness, intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence and performance futsal referee city of Bandung, using descriptive correlational method. A total of 12 samples selected by purposive sampling technique. Instrument Physical fitness of this research that consists of tests in 1000 Meter, 10 Meter Speed Test, Agility Test. Intellectual Intelligence by using IQ tests through the Advanced Progressive Matrices (APM), and Emotional Intelligence using Questionnaire. Performance of the referee uses the format fifa futsal refereeing performance assessment issued by FIFA assessor. Mechanical pengelolahan data using SPSS 20. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between Physical Fitness with futsal refereeing performance. 2) There is a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence with futsal refereeing performance. 3) There is a significant correlation between emotional intelligence with futsal refereeing performance. 4) There is a significant relationship between Physical Fitness, intellectual, emotional intelligence and motivation with futsal referees performance with a contribution of 68.4% and the remaining 31,6% is influenced by other factors.
