Abstract

Kebutuhan akan energi dan cairan guna menunjang berbagai aktivitas baik aktivitas sedang maupun aktivitas berat seperti pendaki gunung pasti membutuhkan asupan sumber energi dan cairan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan dengan tinjauan asupan gizi, proporsi gizi berimbang, dan asupan cairan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 4 orang dengan metode pengambilan purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah recall 2 X 24 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden dalam penilaian asupan energi 100% responden dalam kategori defisit berat, 100% responden kekurangan karbohidrat, 100% responden kekurangan protein, 100% responden mengkonsumsi lemak berlebih, serta 100% responden mengkonsumsi cairan berlebih. Berdasarkan data-data hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola makan pendaki gunung seven summit MAHITALA UNPAR pada pendakian gunung everest dinyatakan kurang baik. --- The need for energy and fluids to support the various activities of both moderate activity or strenuous activities like mountain climbers certainly requires the input of energy sources and fluids as needed. The purpose of this research to describe the eating pattern and nutrition review, the proportion of balanced nutrition and fluid intake.The method used in this research is descriptive method. The sample used by 4 people with purposive sampling method. The instrument used in this study was 2 X 24 hour recall. The results showed that all respondents in the assessment of energy intake 100% of respondents in the category of heavy deficits, 100% of respondents shortage of carbohydrates, 100% of respondents lack of protein, 100% of respondents consume excess fat, as well as 100% of respondents consume excess liquid. Based on the data results, it can be concluded that eating pattern of seven mountaineers summit Mahitala UNPAR on mountain everest climbing is unfavorable.
