Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya kewirakoperasian pengurus serta kualitas pelayanan dalam koperasi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kewirakoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap efektivitas organisasi koperasi mahasiswa se-Kota Bandung. Jenis skripsi ini bersifat eksplanatori. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data dan angket dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis datanya menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda (multiple regression). Populasi penelitian yaitu 12 KOPMA dengan sampel sebanyak 100 anggota. Hasil Penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Kemampuan kewirakoperasian berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi koperasi artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kemampuan kewirakoperasian, maka semakin meningkat efektivitas organisasinya koperasi. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi koperasi artinya semakin tinggi tingkat kualitas pelayanan, maka semakin meningkat efektivitas organisasinya koperasi. Kemampuan kewirakoperasian dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas organisasi koperasi. ;---This background of this research is the importance of cooperation in organization staff and service quality which increase the effectivity in the organization of cooperation. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of cooperation and service quality toward the effectivity of college student cooperation organization in Bandung city. This final research is explanatory, which uses the survey method to collect the data by using Likert scale. The analysis uses the multiple regression, from twelve college student cooperations (KOPMA) as much as 100 members. The result of this research shows that cooperation skill affects positively toward the effectivity of organization in cooperation. It means that the higher the cooperation skill, the more effective the organization in cooperation as well as the service quality. Therefore, the cooperation skill and service quality affect simultaneously toward the effectivity in organization of cooperation.
