Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menguji kebermaknaan kontribusi supervisi akademik dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap kinerja mengajar guru SD Yayasan Penyelenggaraan Ilahi Indonesia (YPII). Populasi penelitian adalah guru SD se-YPII berjumlah 130 dengan sampel sebanyak 104 orang. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui survei. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistik meliputi analisis regresi linier/ganda, analisis korelasi, dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian: 1) Kinerja Mengajar Guru SD YPII dipengaruhi oleh supervisi dan komitmen sebesar (36,20%), 2) Supervisi Akademik berkontribusi signifikan dan positif terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru dengan kategori cukup, sebesar (27,20%), 3) Komitmen Kerja Guru berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru dengan kategori cukup, sebesar (30,60%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan: 1) Pada Kinerja Mengajar Guru, dimensi pelaksanaan pembelajaran rendah, sehingga perlu adanya pembinaan melekat bagi guru yang berkinerja rendah, dan pembinaan lanjutan bagi guru berkinerja tinggi. Bisa mengembangkan model coaching guna mengoptimalkan potensi guru. Penggunaan metode coaching memungkinkan guru untuk meningkatkan tidak hanya kinerja mengajarnya tetapi juga pengembangan kompetensinya secara menyeluruh. Perlunya peningkatan kesadaran guru akan pentingnya konsistensi pembuatan RPP dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui workshop/in house training tentang manajemen kelas/pengelolaan pembelajaran kreatif dan inovatif. 2) Pada Supervisi Akademik, dimensi perencanaan rendah. Untuk itu kegiatan supervisi perlu dilakukan secara rutin terjadwal dengan pemberian penghargaan sebagai pembinaan lanjutan. 3) Pada Komitmen Kerja Guru, dimensi identifikasi rendah. Maka, direkomendasikan adanya kegiatan untuk internalisasi visi dan misi Yayasan sehingga menjadi milik bagi setiap guru pada YPII. --- The aims of this research are to describe, analyze and test the meaningful contribution of academic supervision and teachers work commitment to elementary school teachers teaching performance of Yayasan Penyelenggaraan Ilahi Indonesia (YPII). The samples of this research are 104 out of 130 elementary school teachers of YPII as the population of the study. This research was conducted in quantity approach and descriptive method using survey technique. The data are tabulated covering linear regression, correlation analysis, and determination analysis. The findings of the research show that 1) elementary school teachers teaching performance of Yayasan Penyelenggaraan Ilahi Indonesia (YPII) is affected by supervision and commitment as much as 36.20%, 2) academic supervision has significant and positive contribution to teachers teaching performance as much as 27.20%. 3) teacher working commitment has significant and positive contribution as much as 30.60%. Based on this result, it is recommended that 1) the dimension of teaching learning process is still low so that intensive supervision is required for low-performing teacher and continuous coaching is required for high-performing teacher. Coaching method enables teachers to improve not only their teaching performance but also their holistic competence developments among others the increase of teachers’ awareness on the importance of lesson plan making through workshop / in house training and classroom management. 2) The dimension of academic supervision planning is low. Therefore supervision must be conducted regularly according to the schedule and followed up by applying merit system. 3) The identification of teacher working commitment is still low. Therefore, it is recommended to hold a program of the internalization of the foundation vision and mission among teachers to increase their sense of belonging.
