Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning dengan model pembelajaran direct instruction terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan dasar bolabasket. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, dengan desain factorial 2 x 2 dimana kecerdasan emosional adalah sebagai variabel moderator. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa Putra Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Kota Serang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 32 orang yang diambil secara acak. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan bantuan SPSS serie 17 pada taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Secara keseluruhan hasil belajar keterampilan dasar bolabasket antara kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran direct instruction. 2) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan dasar bolabasket. 3) Kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional tinggi hasil belajar keterampilan dasar bolabasket dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran direct instruction. 4) Kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah hasil belajar keterampilan dasar bolabasket dengan model pembelajaran problem based learning lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran direct instruction. ;--- The aim of this study was to determine differences in the influence the learning model of problem-based learning with direct instruction learning models on the results of learning the basic skills of basketball. The method used in this study is experimental 2 x 2 factorial design in which the emotional intelligence is as a moderator variable. Population and sample in this research is the Son of Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 24 Kota Serang in the school year 2015/2016 amounted to 32 people taken at random. Statistical analysis techniques using SPSS series 17 at significance level α = 0.05. The conclusion of this research are 1) There is difference the influence learning problem based learning model and the direct instruction model of the learning achievement the basic skills of basketball. 2) There is interaction between the teaching model of emotional intelligence to the result in learning the basic skills of basketball. 3) There is difference the influence learning problem based learning model and the direct instruction model of the learning achievement the basic skills of basketball at a high emotional intelligence. 4) There is difference the influence learning model problem based learning with the direct instruction model of the learning achievement basic basketball skills in a low emotional intelligence.
