Abstract

Power lengan, power tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam cabang olahraga panjat tebing khususnya pada kategori speed. Seberapa besar kontribusinya? merupakan sebuah pertanyaan yang perlu di selidiki dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, populasi nya adalah seluruh atlet FPTI Kabupaten Pandeglang yang masih aktif mengikuti proses latihan. Proses penarikan sample dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampel atau sampelyang mewakili populasi representative terhadap informasi yang diberikan.Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji koefisiensi korelasi. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa power lengan dengan kecepatan panjat tebing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 35%, power tungkai dengan kecepatan panjat tebing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36,8%. Fleksibilitas panggul dengan kecepatan panjat tebing kategori speed sebesar 24,2% dan power lengan, power tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul dengan kecepatan panjat tebing memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54,1%Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif power lengan, power tungkai dan fleksibilitas panggul terhadap kecepatan panjat tebing kategori speed.Maka disarankan bagi para pembina dan pelatih sebaiknya memperhatikan komponen-komponen kondisi fisik. Seperti halnya power lengan, power tungkai dan fleksibiltas panggul karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan panjat tebing khususnya pada kategori speed. Power arm, leg power and flexibility of the pelvis has a very important role in the sport of rock climbing, especially in the speed category. How big is his contribution? is a question that needs to be investigated in this study. The method used in this research is descriptive, its population is all athletes FPTI Pandeglang still actively participating in the training process. The process of withdrawal of the sample was done by using purposive sample or a sample that represents a population presentative of the information given.Analisis representative of the data used in this research is to test the correlation coefficient. From processing and data analysis is concluded, that the power arm with a rock climbing speed contributed 35%, power leg with a rock climbing speed contributed 36.8%. Flexibility pelvis with speed climbing speed category amounted to 24.2% and a power arm, leg power and flexibility of the pelvis with the speed climbing contributed 54.1% From the results of this study concluded that there is a positive relationship power arm, leg power and flexibility pelvis against speed climbing speed.then advised category recommended for the coaches and trainers should consider the components of the condition physical. As well as power arm, leg power and flexibility the pelvis because it will affect the speed of climbing, especially in the speed category.
