Abstract
Sebagai pelaku ekonomi salah satunya adalah wirausaha. Lambatnya pertumbuhan wirausaha di Indonesia, memicu pengangguran yang semakin meningkat. Penganguran terbanyak didominasi oleh lulusan perguruan tinggi. Untuk dapat menanggulangi hal tersebut maka diperlukan partisipasi mahasiswi dalam berwirausaha, karena menurut teori wanita muncul sebagai kekuatan ekonomi besar. Terdapat faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi mahasiswi dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu dengan motivasi kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) memperoleh temuan motivasi kewirausahaan 2) memperoleh temuan partisipasi dalam berwirausaha dan 3) memperoleh temuan mengenai seberapa besar motivasi kewirausahaan mahasiswi dapat mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi dalam berwirausaha baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Objek penelitian ini adalah peserta mahasiswi Program Wirausaha Mandiri di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Variabel bebas adalah motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam berwirausaha sebagai variabel terikat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 52 responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam berwirausaha sebesar 72,2%. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujian hipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui analisis jalur terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kewirausahaan terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam berwirausaha yaitu, kebutuhan akan prestasi achievement dan kebutuhan akan kekuasaan power. Pembentuk partisipasi adalah keikutsertaan, kesadaran atas kebutuhan, motivasi intrinsik dan manfaat, kontribusi, inisiatif, partisipasi dengan ciri kepatuhan alienatif, kalkulatif dan moral. Pengaruh kedua variabel ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penulis merekomendasikan agar meningkatkan motivasi kewirausahaan peserta mahasiswi sebagai salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dalam berwirausaha. Slowness of entrepreneurial growth in Indonesia triggers an increase in unemployment. The most unemployment is dominated by college graduates. In order to overcome those things, it needs the participation of students in entrepreneurship, because according to the theory, women appear as the greatest economic power. There is factor that influence students in decision-making, namely entrepreneurial motivation. The study aimed to 1) obtain in a finding of entrepreneurial motivation 2) obtain in a finding of participation in entrepreneurship 3) obtain in a finding about how a student entrepreneurial motivation influence the level of participation in entrepreneurship whether simultaneously or partially. The objects of the study are the students of the Entrepreneurship Student Program Participants in Indonesia University of Education. The independent variable is entrepreneurial motivation towards the level of participation in entrepreneurship as dependent variable. The methods of study are descriptive, verificative, and an explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique with 52 respondents. The data analysis is path analysis with computer software SPSS 21.0. The finding of the study indicates that entrepreneurial motivation influence the level of participation in entrepreneurship for 72,2%. From the finding of the study towards hypothesis test indicates that entrepreneurial motivation has a positive influence towards the level of participation. Based on the finding through path analysis, there is a significant influence from entrepreneurial motivation towards the level of participation in entrepreneurship, that is a need of achievement and a need of power. Participation, consciousness of needs, intrinsic motivation and benefit, contribution, initiative, participation with compliance alienating and calculative and moral are the shaper of participation. The second influence of the variable has a significant influence whether simultaneously and partially. The writer recommends to improve the entrepreneurial motivation of students as one of the factors to increase the participation in entrepreneurship.
