Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebuah fenomena baru di dunia pendidikan yaitu dengan bermunculan sekolah-sekolah Islam Terpadu. Kemunculan itu pula didasari dengan meningkatnya minat serta antusias orangtua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di sekolah Islam tersebut. Namun, ada sekolah Islam yang masih terjebak pada komersialisasi pendidikan. Ada juga sekolah Islam yang hanya menekankan aspek kognitif belaka. Proses pendidikan seperti itu dapat mencetak para lulusan yang cerdas namun berjiwa rapuh dan koruptif. Ada juga sekolah Islam yang budaya belajarnya sudah baik tapi memiliki bangunan dan fasilitas yang kurang memadai. Tapi, belakangan ini ternyata ada juga sekolah Islam yang menyempurnakan kekurangan-kekurangan dari sekolah Islam yang ada. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga cara yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan panduan dari pedoman wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data-data hasil wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi menunjukkan indikasi bahwa Sekolah Dasar Bintang Madani mengembangkan budaya belajar yang berbeda dari sekolah-sekolah pada umumnya. Budaya belajar tersebut dikembangkan berdasarkan konsep pendidikan yang dinamakan Green Global School. Terbentuklah 4 filosofi pendidikan khas Sekolah Bintang Madani, diantaranya: Homy Green School, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Brain Based Learning. Budaya belajar tersebut didasari oleh tiga visi utama yaitu mencetak siswa yang cerdas Qur’ani, cerdas akhlak dan cerdas kompetitif, sehingga budaya belajar tersebut mengarah kepada pembangunan karakter yang penuh nilai kebaikan, pribadi muslim yang mampu membaca dan menghafal Al-Quran dengan baik dan benar, juga melatih jiwa kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan sejak dini. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengembangkan budaya belajar adalah dengan memberikan keteladanan, melakukan pembiasaan, peraturan juga mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dengan suasana kekeluargaan. Pengembangan budaya belajar di Sekolah Dasar Bintang Madani memberikan dampak terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran. Dalam memberikan layanan pembelajaran, Sekolah Dasar Bintang Madani memberikan jaminan mutu dengan memberikan fasilitas serta layanan yang sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan dan sesuai dengan harapan dan kebutuhan pelanggan, yaitu siswa dan orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa mutu layanan yang diberikan oleh Sekolah Bintang Madani Bandung kepada siswa sudah sesuai dengan konsep yang dimilikinya. ; This research is motivated by a new phenomenon in the world of education, namely the presence of Islamic schools. It was also based on the increasing interest and enthusiasm of parents to send their children to Islamic schools. There is a school of Islam with nice facilities but deemed too expensive. There is also a school of Islam that only emphasize the cognitive aspects. The education process as it can make the graduates intelligent but soulless fragile and corrupt. There is also a learning culture of Islamic schools have been good but have buildings and facilities were lacking. But lately there was also an Islamic school that enhance the deficiencies of the existing Islamic schools. The approach used in this study was a descriptive case study analysis. Collecting data in this study is done in three ways: interviews, observation and documentation, with guidance from the guidance interview and observation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data results of interview, observation and documentation study indicate that Bintang Madani Elementary School develop a learning culture that is different from the schools in general. The learning culture is developed based on the concept of education called Global Green School, forming four distinctive educational philosophy, including: Homy Green School, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Brain Based Learning. The learning culture based on three main vision is to establish Qur'anic students who are intelligent, witty and intelligent character competitive. So that a culture of learning that leads to the development of a full character virtues, individual Muslim who is able to read and memorize the Qur’an properly and work on leadership and entrepreneurship from an early age. Efforts are being made in developing a culture of learning is to provide exemplary, did habituation, regulation is also developing a fun learning process in a family atmosphere. Developing a culture of learning in Bintang Madani primary school has an impact on the quality of learning services. In providing learning services, Bintang Madani Elementary School provides quality assurance by providing facilities and services to the promise and in accordance with the expectations and needs of customers, including students and parents. Results of the study indicated that the quality of services provided by Bintang Madani Elementary School to students is in conformity with the concept of the establishment.
