Abstract

Keterampilan Cross-Cultural merupakan keterampilan penting untuk setiap orang pada abad 21. Keterampilan Cross-Cultural dibutuhkan untuk menjawab tantangan globalisasi yang mengharuskan individu membentuk jejaring sosial dan kerjasama dengan individu lain yang berbeda ras, etnik, dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas pengaruh pembelajaran model Team Game Tournament terhadap Keterampilan Cross-Cultural dan hasil belajar siswa Kelas V pada pembelajaran IPS di Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode quasi eksperimen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN I Majalengka Wetan IV sebagai kelas eksperimen dan SDN Liang julang I sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Team Game Tournament dapat meningkatkan keterampilan cross-cultural siswa pada materi pembelajaran IPS di kelas V secara signifikan. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pembelajaran konvensional terhadap Keterampilan Cross-Cultural siswa. (3) Ada perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan Cross-Cultural antara siswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran dengan model Team Game Tournament dan pembelajaran konvensional. (4) Pembelajaran model Team Game Tournament dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pembelajaran IPS. (5) Tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan antara kelompok rendah, sedang, dan tinggi dengan menggunakan pembelajaran Team Game Tournament. --- Cross-Cultural Skills is an important skill for everyone in the 21st century. Cross-Cultural Skills needed to meet the challenges of globalization that requires individuals to create social networking and collaboration with other people in different race, ethnicity, and culture. Cross-Cultural Skills-less cause individuals can’t do teamwork well, and are not able to decrease the conflict because different race, ethnicity and culture. This study aimed to discuss the influence of the learning model of Team Game Tournament against Cross-Cultural Skills and learning outcome 5th grade students at social studies in Majalengka. This research was conducted in SDN I Majalengka Wetan IV as an experimental class and SDN Liang julang I as the control class. The results of this study prove that (1) model Team Game Tournament can improve the skills of cross-cultural students on learning materials IPS in 5th grade significantly. (2) There is no difference in the effect of conventional learning the Cross-Cultural Skills students. (3) There are differences upgrades Cross-Cultural between students who had learning Game Tournament Team model and conventional learning. (4). Model Team Game Tournament can improve student learrning outcome in social studies at 5th grade significantly. (5) There is no difference in improvement between low, medium, and high group using Team Game Tournament model.
