Abstract
Kebutuhan transportasi semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan beragamnya aktivitas penduduk. Semakin banyaknya jumlah penduduk menyebabkan kebutuhan barang dan jasa yang semakin beragam. Upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, penduduk harus melakukan mobilitas ke tempat - tempat tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penduduk memerlukan pelayanan transportasi yang dapat membawanya dari daerah asal menuju pusat pelayanan yang dituju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghitung tingkat mobilitas, tingkat kebutuhan pelayanan transportasi lokal dan memetakan zonasi kebutuhan transportasi lokal di Kecamatan Cisarua, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikarenakan salah satu rute trayek yaitu jurusan Cisarua – Pangheotan berhenti beroperasi di Kecamatan Cisarua. Sementara kebutuhan semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan beragamnya aktivitas penduduk Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis persentasi, metode gravitasi, skala likert serta pembobotan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat mobilitas penduduk berdasarkan zonasi desa yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yaitu Desa Pasirhalang, Jambudipa dan Kertawangi. Zonasi desa yang termasuk dalam kategori tingkat mobilitas sedang adalah Cipada, Pasirlangu dan Tugumukti. Zonasi desa yang termasuk dalam tingkat mobilitas rendah adalah Desa Sadangmekar dan Padaasih. Tingkat kebutuhan pelayanan transportasi lokal yang paling tinggi yaitu untuk tujuan bertemu saudara/teman dan sekolah. Adapun yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu untuk tujuan belanja dan kebutuhan perjalanan lainnya seperti berobat dan berwisata. Selain itu, yang termasuk dalam ketegori rendah yaitu untuk tujuan bekerja. Kebutuhan transportasi lokal di Kecamatan Cisarua ini masuk dalam kategori tingkat kebutuhan sedang dan rendah. Zonasi desa yang termasuk dalam kategori tingkat kebutuhan transportasi lokal rendah yaitu Desa Pasirhalang, Tugumukti, Pasirlangu. Adapun zonasi desa yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah yaitu Desa Padaasih, Cipada, dan Sadangmekar. --- Transportation needs are increasing with the growing population and the diversity of people's activities. The increasing number of population led to the need for goods and services are increasingly diverse. Efforts to meet the necessities of life, people must perform mobility into place a particular place. Therefore, people need transportation services that can take him from the area of origin to the designated service center. The purpose of this study is to calculate the level of mobility, the level of service the needs of local transportation and zoning map the local transportation needs in Cisarua, West Bandung regency. This research was conducted for one route, namely the route of Cisarua - Pangheotan stop operating in Cisarua. While the needs are increasing with the growing population and the diversity of people's activities. This study used a descriptive method. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of the percentage, the gravity method, a likert scale and weighting. These results indicate that the rate of population mobility based on zoning village included in the high category, the Village Pasirhalang, Jambudīpa and Kertawangi. Zoning village included in the category of moderate mobility rate is Cipada, Pasirlangu and Tugumukti. Zoning of villages in low mobility rate is Village Sadangmekar and Padaasih. The level of local transportation service needs the highest of for the purpose of meeting relatives / friends and school. As for which is included in the medium category is for the purpose of shopping and other travel needs such as medical treatment and travel. Additionally, included in the lower categories, namely for the purpose of work. Local transportation needs in this Cisarua subdistrict in the category of medium and low level of need. Zoning village included in the category of low-level local transportation needs of the Village Pasirhalang, Tugumukti, Pasirlangu. The zoning of villages in the low category of the Village Padaasih, Cipada, and Sadangmekar.
