Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui psychomotor therapy dalam mengurangi perilaku hand-flapping pada anak autis di sekolah inklusi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode single subject research dengan desain penelitian A-B-A. Penelitian dilakukan di sekolah Mutiara Bunda di Kota Bandung. Sampel siswa autis sebanyak satu orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan frekuensi perilaku hand-flapping kondisi baseline 1 (A1) terjadi paling banyak 22 kali, kondisi intervensi (B) perilaku hand-flapping berkurang menjadi 17 kali, pada kondisi baseline 2 (A2) perilaku hand-flapping terjadi paling sedikit 19 kali. Melalui program psychomotor therapy terjadi penurunan yang efektif perilaku hand- flapping pada anak autis. Kata Kunci: Psychomotor Therapy, Autis, Hand- Flapping The purpose of this study was determine of psychomotor therapy in reducing hand flapping behavior in children with autism in inclusive schools. The method used in this study using single subject research design with A- B- A. Location of the research in inclusive schools in Bandung. Sample in this study is the inclusion of students with autism in the school as much as a person and show their behavioral symptoms of hand flapping. Techniques of data using observation. Through psychomotor therapy programs can reduces the effect of hand flapping behavior. Data analysis found that the baseline condition 1 (A1) hand flapping frequency behavior in children with autism occur at most 22 times, after being given a interventions (B) psychomotor therapy program reduced the lowest 17 times, the second baseline condition 2 (A2) occurs most low frequency 19 times.
