Abstract

Pada saat ini banyak pandangan yang memberikan arah baru terhadap proses dan dimensi-dimensi pendidikan yang semakin mendorong terjadinya suatu perubahan konsep dan cara pandang terhadap eksistensi pendidikan sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai kerangka berpikir di dalam memahami lebih dalam persoalan-persoalan pendidikan. Perubahan yang terasa begitu sangat cepat baik dalam hal media ataupun dalam hal kita memilih pendidikan baik formal maupun informal. Saat ini banyak berdirinya pendidikan informal dan masyarakat dapat menerimanya, hal ini terbukti dengan banyaknya orang tua yang memilih pendidikan informal untuk anak-anaknya, salah satunya yaitu homeschooling. Homeschooling menjadi tempat harapan orangtua untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan anaknya, perkembangan nilai-nilai dan moral anaknya dan juga nilai agama, serta anak mendapatkan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan. Pentingnya proses pelaksanaan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling untuk menciptakan generasi muda (peserta didik) yang memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap dirinya, keluarga dan bangsanya yang menjadikan peserta didik untuk lebih mandiri. Maka dari itu peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai Implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Homeschooling Taman Sekar Bandung (TSB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1). Mengkaji input Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling TSB; (2). Mengkaji proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling TSB; (3). Mengkaji hasil implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling TSB. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1). Input Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling TSB ada 3 komponen yaitu raw input, instrumental input, environmental input. Peran orang tua lebih menonjol dalam implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, salah satunya penentuan kurikulum yang tentunya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dan kurikulum nasional; (2) Proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dilakukan tidak hanya di dalam kelas melalui KBM tetapi dilakukan pula di luar kelas melalui outing dan project in class (PIC); (3) Hasil implementasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di homeschooling TSB, yaitu munculnya nilai-nilai karakter PKn seperti religious, disiplin, demokratis, berjiwa nasionalis, bersosialisasi, mandiri, bertanggung jawab. Sebagai rekomendasi, dunia pendidikan penting untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa yang memiliki kekurangan atau kesibukan dalam hal lain selain hanya sekolah untuk tetap mendapatkan hak pendidikannya dan mendapatkan nilai-nilai karakter yang baik.; At this time many of the views that give a new direction to the process and dimensions of education are increasingly encouraging a change in the concept and the perception of the existence of education so that it can be used as a frame of mind in understanding the deeper issues of education. Changes that feels so very rapidly both in terms of the media or in the event we choose both formal and informal education. Today many informal educational establishment and the public can receive it, this is evidenced by the many parents who choose informal education for their children, one of which is homeschooling. Homeschooling parents' expectations into place to improve the quality of their children's education, the development of values and his moral and religious values, as well as the children get learning fun. Importance of Civic Education in the implementation process of homeschooling to create a young generation (students) who has responsibility for himself, his family and his nation that makes learners to be more independent. Thus the researchers conducted a study on the implementation of Civic Education in Homeschooling Taman Sekar Bandung (TSB). This study aims to: (1). Assessing input Citizenship Education in homeschooling TSB; (2). Assessing the learning process in homeschooling TSB Citizenship Education; (3). Reviewing the results of the implementation of Civic Education in homeschooling TSB. The approach used is qualitative case study method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results showed: (1). Input Citizenship Education in homeschooling TSB there are 3 components: raw input, input instrumental, environmental input. The role of parents is more prominent in the implementation of Civic Education, one of which the determination of curriculum which is adapted to the needs of learners and the national curriculum; (2) The process of learning Citizenship Education conducted not only in the classroom through teaching but also done outside the classroom through the outing and a project in class (PIC); (3) The results of the implementation of Civic Education in homeschooling TSB, namely the emergence of character values such as religious Civics, disciplined, democratic, nationalist-minded, sociable, independent, responsible. As a recommendation, the education is important to provide the opportunity for students who have a deficiency or overcrowding in other things other than just the school to keep getting the right education and get the values of good character.
