Abstract
Peserta didik tunanetra mengalami hambatan dalam bergerak dan mobilitas dampak dari ketunanetraan yang dialami. Dalam menunjang mobilitasnya dibutuhkan kemampuan motorik kasar yang baik. Dalam kasus ini peserta didik berinisial S kelas 3 SDLB SLBN A Kota Bandung masih mengalami keterlambatan dalam kemampuan motorik kasar. Salah satu penanganan yang dapat membantu adalah dari pemilihan metode yang menitikberatkan pada prinsip anak bergerak bebas aktif. Hal ini melatarbelakangi peneliti menggunakan senam fantasi dengan harapan pembelajaran anak dapat optimal terutama dalam kemampuan motorik kasar. Penelitian ini membahas penggunaan senam fantasi dalam peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar peserta didik tunanetra di SLBN A Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Single Subject Research. Subjek penelitian sejumlah satu peserta didik kelas 3 SDLB. Peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan design A-B-A untuk melihat peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar menggunakan senam fantasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar seperti gerak merangkak, peserta didik lebih mengetahui konsep gerak merangkak. Kemudian gerak melompat, peserta didik memahami bagaimana gerakan yang peserta didik lakukan agar dapat melompat dengn baik. Begitu juga dengan gerak keseimbangan, peserta didik memahami bagaimana cara agar dapat berdiri dengan satu kaki yang benar, serta dapat berjalan lurus. Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan motorik kasar gerak merangkak, gerak melompat, gerak keseimbangan dengan menggunakan senam fantasi pada peserta didik tunanetra berinisial S kelas 3 SDLB di SLB Negeri A Kota Bandung.; The significant impact felt by the visual impairment students is mostly from movement and mobility. Hereby, to improve student’s mobility, good muscular motoric is needed. As for the subject participated in this research is a student with an initial S from SDLB SLBN A Bandung city and is experiencing a hindrance in the muscular motoric ability. One of the relevant ways in overcoming the hindrance is by using an active child principle. By this principle, researcher introduced a fantasy exercise to improve student’s ability in muscular motoric aspect. This research focuses on fantasy exercise in improving visual impairment student’s ability on muscular motoric aspect in SLBN A Bandung city. Quantitative method and single subject research approach was used in this research. 1 student from class 3 SDLB participated in this research. Fantasy exercise in this research is based on design A-B-A, are planned to optimize student’s muscular motoric ability. The result of this research is that; there is an improvement in student’s muscular motoric ability for example crawling; student knew better about the concept of crawling. Besides that, movement of hoping, student understood the movement well. As for balancing, student is capable on standing with one foot and able to walk straight. In conclusion, there is an improvement in student’s muscular motoric ability in terms of movement like crawling, hoping, and balancing by using fantasy exercise upon visual impairment student with an initial S class 3 SDLB in SLB A Bandung city.
