Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar para siswa SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi, khususnya pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran di kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 57 siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model skala dan diadaptasi dari responden. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran pengantar administrasi perkantoran kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa kecerdasan intelektual baik secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih berinovasi dalam penerapan pembelajaran dan mampu mempengaruhi dengan positif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan intelektual siswa agar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran siswa dapat meningkatkan hasil belajarnya kognitif-nya. Begitu pula pada diri siswa harus mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir dan mengasah kemampuan kognitifnya dalam kegiatan belajarnya, agar kecerdasan intelektual mampu meningkat serta hasil belajarnya pun dapat meningkat. ; The issue that researched in this study concerned with students academic outcomes at SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi that has not optimal, especially in the subject introduction of administrative office in class x office administration skills. This research aimed to discover the influence of Intelligence Quotient toward learning outcomes students cognitive. There were 57 respondences of the tenth grade student from office administration class at SMK 1 Sangkuriang Cimahi. The method used in this study was explanatory survey method. Quetionannaires were used to collect the data which are elaborated further using scale model and taken from the respondance answer. The data were analyzed with using the simple regression. The result of the analysis data showed that Intelligence Quotient was in high category, and the learning outcomes students cognitive in the subject of introduction administrative office in class X office administration skills at smk sangkuriang 1 cimahi was in the middle category. Based on the coefficient calculation of simple regression, the result obtained that intelligence quotient partially and simultaneously has the significant influence toward learning outcomes students cognitive. This study suggested that the teachers should be more innovated in the application of learning and has the ability to influence positively to improve the students' intelligence quotient in order to implement the learning activities of students can improve his learning outcomes cognitive. Similarly, the student should be able to improve the ability to think and sharpening cognitive ability of learning activities in order to increase the intellectual quotient and learning outcomes too.
